I do like using Nature's Way and am a fan of their multi-vitamin gummies. When placing my last order, I did so based on their delivery timescales, which noted 3-5 working days (if you scroll further down it also notes - Customers in the UK please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days). After 7 working days of waiting, I emailed to see where my order was, and was told that many people were having the same problem with Royal Mail delivering - like this was a known issue. I noted that when ordering I did so based on the delivery of 3-5 working days (give or take). I was frustrated as there was no empathy, no understanding...just to wait. I went to my local Boots to obtain some vitamins with me now in the second week, and the vitamins arrived around 10+ working days later, which was no help to me!

We have been informed by a number of customers whose orders were despatched on the same day as yours that their deliveries were much later than usual. Unfortunately once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands and this particular issue seems to be down to Royal Mail capabilities. We can see that this was previously explained in an email conversation with our customer services team, but we appreciate that this doesn't help with the frustration of a delayed order, and hope that this is a one-off where Royal Mail are concerned. Thank you.
