Not sure what I Think of this product as it was missing from my order and the rest was defrosted no dry ice left. when it was meant to be refelivered I got an e-mail on the day of deliver when it should be already out for delivery that the product is out of stock and it will not be delivered. I would love to reorder this again but I have not even recived my money back as promissed. I had to spend two hours on the chat today to Chase this and all I here is that they don’t know what it has not been processed and they can arrange for a full refund which will again take 2-4 days to process which gives in total almost two weeks of waiting for something I have never recived. So for two weeks I wasn’t able to get the deliver of my dogs food i was charged for something I have never recived and on both occasions I had to Chase the company for money back. I didn’t even get an apology or a partial refund for the dissapointment and innconvinience. The lady said that there is 20£ credit on my online account . Yes there is for the previous order that it has not been delivered by the driver but Marked as delivered for which again I had to Chase the payment after 8 days because they had computer glitch. To call this a poor customer service is understatement which is a shame because I had a regular subscription for years. I suppose as a customer who spends over a 100£ a month on my dogs food I’m not that important.
