I was sent an order when I had given…
I was sent an order when I had given early notice that I was postponing my subscription until they had brought in a new courier company.
An update, I have been reimbursed for the mix up, for which I am very grateful.
I am hoping to resubscribe in the near future, as explained above, as they are a good company to purchase from. I have accordingly updated the number of stars I originally gave.

Great Delivery Service
I have been buying my dog food from Nature’s Menu now for a few months and can honestly say that I have received great delivery service from them and my order arrives on the day I’m informed it will be delivered. My dog absolutely loves their Chicken & Tripe mix and he’s quite a fussy eater

Partially thawed product on delivery
The raw frozen nuggets are great and my dogs love them.
Just one thing about the frozen food on arrival is that the smaller of the two boxes the nuggets are still partially thawed. It is better than it used to be but I think the smaller box could do with 2 iced bags

My dogs watch me empty the boxes and they know they have their superb food for the next month, plus a lovely marrow bone, waiting to defrost. Thank you Natures Menu. Happy we’ve switched to Nature’s Menu
We decided to try switching to Natures Menu for our dog. We’re using the packaged wet food, and are very happy with it. Our dog clearly loves it! We found the ordering/delivery process all very smooth and efficient too.

SNEAKILY REDUCED MEAT CONTENT FROM 80%-60%!…
Natures menu have recently changed the labels on their 600gm cans of wet dog food, they’ve done this to look like a new updated label, but I think they had to as they have changed the beef content from 80% beef (on the front of old label) now down to only 60% beef (just over half the content is now meat) so they had to change the label. This is extremely disappointing! Do these companies think we don’t notice these changes? This could affect your dog nutritionally if you hadn’t studied the ingredients on the back & noticed, as they don’t put 60% beef on the front of can any longer….. I wonder why?! I Will
Be looking for something new for my doggo now with higher meat content.

I accepted a second delivery as my dogs…
I accepted a second delivery as my dogs do enjy the treats. However, when I first purchased this at Boston Championship Show it was not made clear to me tyhat I was signing up to having a delivery every 8 weeks.
I would not have made the purchase had it been made cler to me.
