Speedy delivery and excellent product! Very reasonable price - I didn't need customer service but when I had in the past it was very friendly and efficient.

We have used Naturo for 2 years. Just recently we have received the new foil sealed trays. The last batch contained a tray that was sealed but contained mouldy food and another leaking tray. We contacted customer services who stated it wasn't there problem and perhaps courier damage. The packaging looked perfect. After several emails totally blaming everyone other than themselves we decided we had lost confidence and asked to return the remaining 6 boxes of 6trays. They want to charge us nearly £20 and will only refund when all goods checked. Just stated they would look into the issue. Appalling customer service. It was great when we started using them but now I feel they have got too big to care.
We have tried Customer services but with no joy. We have spent a lot of money with you over the years. At the beginning Customer Services were great but feel you've forgotten about quality and service now. What will you do differently now, I feel you've only replied due to a poor review. Mailing you got us nowhere!

Only let down was DPD left the package out in the rain in a not very safe place.

Started my dachshund on this food, all of a sudden he became very unwell. He had bloody diarrhoea, vomiting, shaking and very lethargic. We took him to the vets and after a course of antibiotics, pro biotics, omeprozol and a bland diet of chicken and rice he was back to his normal self. After a few days since recovery we put him back on Naturo and the symptoms have returned. I didn’t put two and two together until now. This food has caused suffering and left over trays have been returned.

I've been using Naturo for a while now after seeing it in my local supermarket and noting the nutritional content (meat & veg) compared to other dog food brands. I want to make sure my puppy is getting the best of food as she grows and I know she is by eating the puppy Naturo food.

Bought this for the first time - tinned version grain free. My dog loved it thus the 5 starts however if it contains 50% chicken and 8% veg/fruit what's the other 42% made of? The balance of the ingredients on the back of the tin did not equal 42%

Competitive pricing and quick delivery. Will definitely be purchasing online again rather than relying on availability in supermarkets, especially as not all stock the 'Senior' range.

Super quick delivery. Ordered late afternoon, was delivered the next day. My dog Frankie can be extremely fussy but loves the naturo trays especially the salmon one.

My Havanese and Lhasa Apso are so fussy and go off food easily

Tried Butternot Box ( not impressed and VERY EXPENSIVE ) my 2 would not eat .

I buy the tins (poultry selection) and they both wolf it down. If you want the best price and happy with the Tins then £6.89 for 6 tins at HOME BARGAINS cannot be beaten. Over £8 minimum online

The product is great, but the delivery service was a disaster. Despite requesting pickup at a specific location, the package was split—one part was left outside our home by the courier, where it was opened and damaged by someone. We only recovered it thanks to a neighbor. Neither Naturo nor the courier took responsibility. Very disappointing.

Prompt delivery and the food is and smells good. I have 2 cats, one is a greedy little bastard, so she'll eat anything, the other one is a fussy boy, so we are still mixing it with whatever they were on before (which is not ideal, cause it's your cheap supermarket food). Hopefully the other ones takes to it eventually.

I got a tray of food that had gone moldy I sent them pictures and they kept asking for things like the batch number among other things and they said they were going to investigate it but after awhile I tried to message them but they were not going through so I expect they blocked me. I have been having them delivered for my dogs for about a year but after such disappointing results from customer services have totally let them down

My puppy has turned out to be quite a fussy eater, but he really enjoys these meals.
The website is clear and easy to order from. Delivery was prompt, and the price is reasonable.
I would like to see more variety in the puppy food, but I have been giving him occasional meals from the adult range, he absolutely loves the salmon, he can't get enough!

No problem with the dog food but with the last order I received.
Almost every can of food had a faulty ring pull which broke off and left the can sealed.

My 5 dogs love this food found it better than Raw much easier to handle

Dog loves this food devour it every day he can be fussy with nuts but yet he loves this brand. Love the way you can buy online and delivered 3 days later on.i will stick with this brand and hope the prices don't change. Update January some off my order didn't come got lost but with few emails back and forth today 19 February it has arrived.
