Not trustworthy AT ALL!!!!! If you want to return an item, they don’t send you a return label, you have to arrange it yourself. I returned my order, they got it back on the 15th of July. Today, on the 31st of August, 1,5 month (!!!) later I still don’t have my money back after many mails & calls. Scandalous.
Super trustworthy website. Bought there two bedside tables and decided to return one because (despite being perfect) it was cut in natural wood which had some light grey nuances (totally normal for natural wood). Despite that they reordered a new one, shipped again without extra cost...
