While taking the paid service, they told me that we will highlight your resume every week, but they are not doing anything like that.

The number of responses depends on jobs available with recruiters / consultants and the economic market condition. It is therefore advisable to wait for some more time to get responses.
Our service provides visibility and accessibility to recruiters of the job seekers profile thus enhancing their chances of getting a job.
We would however recommend that you update your displayed resume frequently so as to get maximum exposure and the profile always remains fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience with Naukri’s paid job subscription service.
Before purchasing, I was promised that I would receive regular recruiter calls, improved profile visibility, and even a dedicated personal assistant to guide me through the job search process. Based on these assurances, I decided to go ahead with the subscription.
However, after making the payment, none of these promises were fulfilled. I did not receive recruiter calls, no personal assistant was assigned, and there was no meaningful support from their team.
Instead of helping, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase additional paid services like resume writing, with claims that my resume was not good enough. I had already taken one such service earlier, which also did not deliver any results.
This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I expected genuine support, but it turned into continuous upselling without value.
What went wrong:
False or exaggerated promises before purchase
No proper support after payment
No personal assistant as promised
Continuous push to buy more services

Naukri.com is now irrelevant and fake
I will give negative feedback to Naukri.com; nowadays they send misleading notifications every morning claiming that a recruiter has shown interest in my profile, their premium charges do not provide real value, after paying I receive calls from fake recruiters just to create the impression of activity, and it also seems that my data is being shared as I have started receiving scam calls.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience dealing with the Naukri support team. Our GST certificate was shared multiple times with screenshots as proof, yet they repeatedly claimed they had not received it. The invoice was generated using details from a free job posting without confirming billing information with us, and even after sending the GST details twice, the issue was not resolved.
What was more frustrating was that their staff kept pressuring us to confirm the subscription and complete the payment within a couple of hours, but when it came to resolving our issue and providing the correct invoice, it took several days and the case was simply closed without proper resolution. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Do Not Buy Naukri Paid Service
I purchased the Resume Spotlight service after being strongly persuaded by the Naukri sales team about its benefits. However, since the activation of the service, I have not received a single recruiter call or interview invite. When I reached out to the representative who sold me the service, there was no response or support whatsoever. I then sent an escalation email requesting a refund, to which I received only an automated reply stating that I should continue using the service and that a refund was not possible. Reaching out to customer care led to the same scripted response, with no resolution offered. Overall, the paid service has delivered no value and lacks accountability or customer support. The whole paid service is just a scam and better to stay away from it.

Naukri’s service has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated emails, there has been no response or support from the RM or the team. Given the complete lack of follow‑up or delivery, I strongly advise against investing in Naukri and request a full refund of the amount paid.

Naukri.com paid service is fraud
I am extremely disappointed with Naukri.com’s paid services. After paying for their premium features, I expected relevant job opportunities and better visibility, but the experience has been the opposite. I keep receiving completely irrelevant job offers, which makes the service feel useless.
On top of that, when recruiters search for candidates, my profile still appears on the second page, so there is absolutely no improvement in visibility despite paying. I feel like I did not get the value I was promised, and the service has been frustrating and misleading.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before spending money on “Naukri.com “ paid services.

Naukri Premium turned out to be a huge mistake
Naukri Premium turned out to be a huge disappointment. After paying a high fee, I expected real guidance, but their RM and escalation team barely put in any effort. They repeatedly push basic tasks back to you and provide generic, unhelpful advice. Nothing about the service feels premium; it’s just money wasted while they relax. I strongly warn others not to fall for their promises or spend on this useless service.

My experience with Naukri’s paid…
My experience with Naukri’s paid services has been shockingly bad. I had chosen only a one-month subscription, but their executive kept pushing and forcing me to take a three-month plan, speaking in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner throughout the call. Instead of helping job seekers, they seem more focused on trapping people into longer subscriptions they never asked for. The behavior of the executive was rude, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Naukri seriously needs to fix its customer service standards because this is nowhere near the quality expected from a reputed platform. If this is how Naukri trains its staff—to pressure, deceive, and harass customers—then their so-called “premium service” is nothing but a money-making trap. I strongly warn others to stay alert before trusting their paid services.
