As a reponse.....to Navi Organics for my review of the 12 Feb . Your web offer is deliberately held back. Many say your customer service is poor. That was my experience. You cannot even accept that you act poorly. There are now a good few complaining reviews building up against your defensive attitude. It is totally right to expose a defensive, holier than though attitude. It would be better to respect your customers experiences. Your company cannot deal with the increasing dissastisfaction of your customer services, not about your products, and the amount of dissatisfied customers building up. Reviews on Trustpilot are there to tell the real truth about companies, their products and their customer services. Your customer service is sadly extremely defensive and you treat your customers poorly. There are two issues...so I can be totally honest. The products are good, but they blame their customers, they have a very 'affected' person doing their customer service. I ended up buying elsewhere. Someone at this company is very troubled indeed.

We have no need (or wish) to mislead you or anyone else. No web offers are intentionally held back. The only discount coupon offered to customers on our website is for new customers who wish to sign up for our newsletter.

After serving customers online for over 10 years - we have just 16 negative reviews here on Trust Pilot, and some of those are customers repeating themselves on the same issue up to 3 times (as you have done twice - so far now!)

Sometimes, it is simply not possible to meet a customer's expectations.
When nothing more can be done to help resolve a customer's issue, some customers react by leaving a 1-star review alongside a misconstrued reconstruction of what ​took place (exactly as you have done).

All successful companies have this dynamic to balance. It can be a challenge to accommodate difficult/demanding customers and maintain a sense of dignity. Unfortunately, the customer is not always right, and we believe it's essential to have enough self-respect and not be bullied by customers who threaten to leave negative reviews if they do not get what they want... slightly akin to a child having a tantrum and then throwing their toys out of the pram!

Regarding your particular grievance, the customer service provided via email was clear and courteous. We understand you were unhappy with our response and wanted another 10% discount for trying to sign up for our newsletter again. The gemstones you had already earned from your previous order would have given you a similar discount against a jar of astragalus. However, you've chosen to ignore the points you'd accumulated that would have resolved the discount issue and started writing negative reviews instead.

Please understand this will be the last time we respond to one of your reviews, and as we said in our last response, we do sincerely wish you all the best!

I love Navi's products

I love Navi's products, always the purest and best quality. The most recent treat I've tried is schizandra berry powder and bee bread. The powder is easy to stir into water and is quite pleasant on its own. I choose it for its antioxidant and adaptogenics effects. The bee bread is really tasty, not too sweet and with a twinge of caramel. My favourite, which is the dried black mulberries was out of stock so will be back to stock up later.

Really good service

Really good service. Lovely products and very quick delivery. Also I emailed a question in and got a response back very quickly. This doesn't happen with lots of companies but Na'vi are impressive. I am very excited about starting on the Nano Soma that I have just received.

Really poor experience with the…

Really poor experience with the Customer Service. I asked them how to get the £3 voucher (first time purchase) they mentioned in the email they sent me. Nobody cared to clearly explain the steps to take. Customer Service should care a bit more and stay professional.

Very trustworthy company

Extremely high quality products from a majority of the range I've tried at Na'vi. I do tend to taste their extracts on their own before using them in drinks and every one of them has been very strong and clean.

Within my various orders I've thankfully had no issues and every product was packaged well for transit.

Highly recommended, I've used them for years and they have always been fantastic. Thanks a lot.

chickpea miso unappealing

Ordered chickpea miso - tasted almost entirely of yeast- very unpalatable. Emailed team, but returns policy is basically no guaranteed refund unless they find a problem. Original miso was nice, but disappointed with Navi’s response and handling of the situation

Authentic Ghee !

In my search for Organic Grass fed Ghee I came across Navi Organics and placed the order. Quite excited when the order arrived which was very prompt, however the Ghee is just brilliant! the smell and the taste is excellent, you can most certainly feel the authenticity in which it was made, highly recommend to anyone is who looking to incorporate this in there daily diets to for sure give it a chance ! Won't be disappointed !
