Succeeded when our own SME support failed us.
Needless to say, it's disappointing when one has to call for outside help when you already have a large IT Support Centre. The entire experience was painless and much more affordable than I had imagined.

Excellent IT support
We used Navitec for emergency IT support and they were fantastic. Martin was able to resolve our issues with very little knowledge of our network, at short notice and at the weekend! Great work, really knowledgeable and great customer focus. Needless to say Navitec are now on board on a contract basis. Thank you.

Trustworthy knowledgable provider
Navitec resolved some infrastructure issues that our existing supplier couldn't resolve. They also advised and helped develop a web based crm for us. Highly recommend using their services.

Great team to work with!
Navitec take care of all our IT Support and have provided us with insightful and proactive solutions for our IT dilemmas.
Our business uses the IT Pro package which basically allows us to concentrate on our work and not dither around with security, wireless connections and backups. Great prices and always at the end of the phone when needed.
