A case handler took over my case and asked me "where are you going with this pain"
So I had to provide MRI scan to prove to the handler that I was suffering due to injuries consistant with the accident.
We won the case. But I can't recomend a solicitor that does not have basic trust in the client and does not know that what she is saying is an accusation of exagerating the pain and offencive.
This was the only injury claim I ever had in my life. And I still have not recovered mentaly or phisicaly from the injuries. Infact I am on more pain killers than I have ever been on.A new handler was assingned to me and they won the case. I would have left 1 star if they had lost the claim.

Contacted Nayyars Solicitors who said I would be charged £360 just for consultation. Then further costs if it goes to court.
