Definitely a bait-and-switch.

It said "FREE" in the program description and then it sends you to the confusing website where, like other consumer says, you have to buy the code even though the program says it's free. I downloaded the "free MP3 WMA WAV converter" and am so annoyed. It's fine if the company wants us to pay for programs like this, just be up front about it! (and no, I am not paying this company one cent because of its unprofessional tactics). If companies don't want people pirating software, they shouldn't do stuff like this.
