Terrible company, poor service, liars.
Terrible company to deal with. I knew about a company to avoid using called Techniclutch. Found NCDUK (National Clutch Distributors UK) through a google search and after ordering a clutch kit realized they were the same company with different names.
I immediately rang and tried to cancel the order, but was told that everything was "automated and there was absolutely know way to stop it".
So I asked aeked about what was needed in order to return. "No authorization form is needed" just send it back. Once I received a delivery confirmation I rang to ask about the returns/refund process. I was given long excuses about not being able to communicate with the "returns team" and "it's in a que and will be handled asap. 4 weeks on I had contacted them and spoken with the same guy 5 time and sent two emails. All non sense and bu!!sh!t on the phone from him. Gave me the name Micheal and a "returns department" email address for Jodie.
After some research on the company I found out there are only 4 listed employees, all family members. I'm assuming I spoke with John junior who has poor manners, poor service and is full of excuses such as... "it's a pandemic we are asking customers to wait 6 months for a refund.
I open a Paypal dispute and got it sorted through them, but the company may well be THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
Bought a supposedly sachs dual mass…
Bought a supposedly sachs dual mass flywheel and clutch kit for a vw transporter t5, 15 months and 12000 miles later flywheel noise and vibration and clutch starting to slip, contacted ncd uk and techniclutch there ebay company, regarding the matter as was stated 4 year 40000 mile warranty, was told I did not opt in to this warranty when purchased although add did not state this, still waiting for reply as listing clearly stated the warranty with no option to opt in or out, wish I had looked at the reviews on this company before purchasing, now without my van for 2 weeks and cost to replace flywheel and clutch again.
"Victims of Techniclutch" Facebook group
First thing that you need to know: I just started a Facebook group "Victims of Techniclutch" to help to stop the scam.
As for the customers reviews and my personal experience, they appear to be regular eBay scammers for many years. They sell apparently counterfeit clutch kits on eBay, then they ask to return it for warranty claim but never pay any refund. Even if you go to the Blackpool Court you are lost, the court seems to be very friendly with them and is ignoring the multiple reports that the company is scamming the customers for many years. In my case the judge ignored the fact that I reported the fault less then 6 months after purchase, that the company's director did not turn on to the first hearing, did not obey the court order to send me copies of documents etc. They simply destroyed my parts and suggested that they did so with my consent and with accordance to the court order. And the judge did not see anything wrong in that practice! They usually use an excuse that the parts were oil-contaminated and keep your parts and your money. The Trading Standards, eBay and the Blackpool Court itself are all ignoring the apparent scam. So stay well clear from the company or you will lose your money!
Because I just noted another customer ripped off in the similar way as I was, I'm going to report this company to the Police Fraud Department shortly, to try and sort out the problem. I already phoned them and have been advised to ecourage other customers who feel that they have been ripped off by the company, to make reports. I tried to provide my email address here but this website is not allowing it.
worse company ever
worse company ever! they do not check the orders, never received correct parts after chasing for 2 weeks!!!!

Bought from these clowns under there ebay alias of techniclutch .... avoid at all costs misleading dishonest, had to create a ebay dispute for a refund, you literally need a solicitor to read all the t&c on there ebay listings , and then you realise your just being misled into buying complete garbage parts and the sad thing is they don't care , they must be making money our of this somewhere and that seems to be the only thing they are interested in, to top it off the items were actually posted 6 days later than stated. This company has no morals and do not respond once they have your money you will not hear off them again

Buying clutch kit
Hi...I am thinking to buy whole clutch kit with flywheel for my car bmw x3,2007 model from this company.. Honestly the price comparing to others is almost half price. The pictures of the parts are looks nice. They sell it for £210...On Eurocarparts they sell minumum £=380.
Can anyone advice me what to do..Did anyone bought these Bmw x3 model clutch kit from them???
First 4 piece clutch & flywheel arrived…
First 4 piece clutch & flywheel arrived and was incorrect for the car even though I’d contacted them and quoted my registration number. Had to then reorder another one which was over £200 more expensive than the original one! I’m still waiting for this to arrive after 5 days of the vehicle being stuck at the garage on a ramp!! Spoke to sales at techniclutch who said and I quote “we are still in the middle of a pandemic you know” I’m lost for words!! I will never use this company again even if they were the only supplier of clutches globally!! I’d buy a bike or walk if it meant I’d have to give them a single penny! Lies Lies Lies and a few more Lies for good measure!!
Court case coming soon
Too irritating to give a blow by blow account, but the wording of ebay advert for a clutch assembly regarding the warranty was (and still is) misleading. Our supposedly LUK parts came in an unmarked white box and failed within 6 months. Covid has held up the court case but advertising standards and trading standards are well aware of this firm.
Please beware. They have a number of delay tactics (asking for bogus info from you etc) but at the end of the day it is all a front. Ebay took the complaints cheerfully enough but have done nothing even though this firm are clearly flouting UK law regarding the wording of their adverts and probably also for false selling.

Joke of a company.broult a 4 piece clutch kit.should come as a 4 part clutch and fly wheel.but only sending me 3 piece.the clutch kit is juddering and making funny noices.avoid.nothing but problems.
Joke of a company
I purchased a clutch for my VW Golf from Techniclutch on eBay and they sent me the wrong clutch. I gave the clutch to my mechanic to fit and my mechanic said it was not going to fit the car, I called the Techniclutch number and the person at the office told me it was the correct clutch and said to just "Whack it on" So my mechanic forced it on, which resulted in the car not functioning properly. I got my mechanic to remove the incorrect clutch and requested a refund and a claimed in labour costs. I ended up sending the clutch back with my own money. I never got my labour back even though it was Techniclutch's fault for telling my mechanic to whack the clutch on. Then Techniclutch refused a refund for the clutch because the item was fitted to my car. I had to raise a complaint via eBay and PayPal which I finally won and got refunded for the item only. Absolute joke of a company and it baffles me how they are still trading when they treat their customers this way. Rubbish customer service, rubbish parts.
Never buy from this bad compagny.
Don't buy from these guys please.Read the reviews and search in YOU TUBE for TECHNI
CLUTCH.UK than you see what for rubbish they sell?!!!!.my story:
On February 29, 2020 I buy on Ebay a hydraulic thrust bearing with object number 264463166300 for a fiat stilo abarth with a semi automatic operation from TECNICLUTCH UK. I paid £ 289 the ad clearly states an OEM number Valeo 810000.
When I received the package I saw that the item was completely different from the advertisement of ebay. I got a Luk thrust bearing which is totally not suitable for my car. I also noticed that the item number has been cut from the box. Also the price difference I searched this article and saw an average price of £79 at multiple sales sites.
I emailed the seller that the item was completely different in terms of brand and price, but he did not respond at all, but asked me to send the chassis number, which I met and came up with an alternative to order a release bearing from the Borg and Beck brand. I looked up the article and saw that it is totally not suitable for my car. Also this was a cheaper about £69 again. I emailed him back that this is not suitable for my car and that Valeo 810000 is the only suitable one for My car. He emailed back that he can order this but I have to pay £ 39 extra. He initially advertised with Valeo 810000 and now I have to pay extra too.
I no longer trust the seller and emailed that I could get a cheaper one in the Netherlands and that I would send his article back.
I sent the item back by registered mail and saw with track and trace that he has received the item. I emailed that the package has been delivered. He emailed that the package has not yet been checked and that any refunds are still waiting for a number of days.
Now I read in his reviews that several buyers have found themselves in a similar situation and that many have not yet received money.
What can Ebay do here and what should I do to get my money back ??
I also find it strange that if I want to resolve the dispute via ebay site, the object number is not known while it was not bought 45 days ago.
The transaction has now been canceled and I still have not received my money.
I made a complaint to Ebay but i think that ebay don't do anything because they get their money from cheated people who buy from this compagny anyway
AVOID THESE MUPPETS AT ALL COST
Trading on eBay as Techni Clutch they sold me a dual mass flywheel for my MK3 Renaultsport Megane RS250. They claim to offer next day delivery if ordered before 2pm but dealing with these clowns is an absolute joke.
A week after payment I still had not received email confirmation of the order so I emailed the seller to ask for an update. They replied stating that the flywheel was due to be delivered on the next day which was a Saturday and my only day off work. I waited in all of Saturday and nothing arrived.
I emailed agin asking for tracking information and courier details, I received no response.
After opening an item not received case with eBay I was magically provided with a tracking number and the flywheel arrived two days later and this is where the fun begins.
Upon opening the package I was greeted by an LUK box (Which I was kind of expecting as I know LUK supply lots of Manufacturers with OEM equivalent parts) but my suspicions were aroused when I spotted that the LUK part number had been almost surgically removed from the outer box by means of a very sharp knife.
I looked inside the box and my doubts were confirmed as the flywheel looked nothing like the OEM part fitted to my Megane.
Fortunately LUK had laser etched the part number around the edge of the flywheel so to confirm that it was not the correct part I did a search on the LUK part number which came back with details of a flywheel for the MK2 Renault Megane RS.
I contacted a friend who works as a Renault technician to confirm that this was not the correct part for my car.
After contacting these clowns to inform them of the error they tried to fob me off with complete and utter tripe saying that it was the correct part and that I basically didn't know what I was talking about.
I was then forced to request a return through eBay at a cost of £9.10 to myself even though it was not my fault!
After receiving confirmation of the return I asked for a refund of my £450 only to be told that I need to wait for the item to be checked back in to confirm what I have sent back to them and to see whether or not the part has been fitted!
How could I have fitted a part that does not fit????
Anyway it now looks like I will have to wait 16 days to open a claim through eBay/paypal but I am only writing this review to make other potential buyers aware of these totally unprofessional scamming clowns.
The prices they offer might seem good but do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns at all cost.
The guys are ok - not sure why all the bad reviews
I bought a Single Mass flywheel + clutch kit conversion for my BMW E90. The price was too good to be true, I was afraid it would have been one of my usual 'bargains'. The guys were really helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure the item fits my car to avoid being disappointed later. They also reduced the price slightly.
I fitted the clutch and flywheel without issues, it was brand new professionally packed and I found all the listed parts as described. The new pedal feel is amazing and even the shifting is smoother, I thought I was doing a mistake not using a self adjusting clutch and replacing the dual mass flywheel with a single mass one, but I'm very happy about it.
I was just worried about some vibration after the installation that some forums say it's until the clutch fully breaks in, which is indeed reducing. In the panic, I messaged these guys and immediately reassured me to wait a bit and do some more miles. I have other noises related to mountings but that is not their problem, on the contrary they also checked to try and help me with parts.
They also insisted that I get back to them any time should I have any issues after 500-1000 miles break in. I like this kind of after sales as I had issues with other sellers for professional parts bought.
Can't complain so far, the guys are good and have good products, at least when it comes to BMW, should I need more clutches / flywheels that they stock, I'll definitely get it from them, thanks guys.
Yes we also got duped wish i had seen…
Yes we also got duped wish i had seen this site before! purchased a complete clutch set,fly wheel and csc and it was implied that they were LUK parts ( “ As per ebay messages
This kit will only be honoured for user named in the title for a brand new and genuine LUK dual mass flywheel and a clutch kit and a CSC ex VAT and including delivery to Jersey. “ ) although shipped to jersey our car had actually broken down in france we ordered the parts through this company and took them to the garage where our car has currently been sat for the past three weeks! We get a phone call from the mechanic on Tuesday to say the CSC is an unidentifiable part, no oem number and certainly doesnt fit our vehicle. The mechanic has had to purchase one on our behalf at a cost of 140 euros . They have only offered a refund of £24.70 not happy. Will be escalating the situation but thought i would also write a review and hipefully someone else will not get sucked in
