We're sorry that the customer was disappointed with their order.
The concern raised related to packaging damage on three display boxes within the order. After reviewing the photographs provided, we found that the products themselves were unaffected and that the packaging damage did not meet our published criteria for a transit damage claim.
However, we did offer to accept the affected items back for a refund should they not have been suitable for the customer's requirements.
We appreciate that presentation is important for retail display items and always assess concerns of this nature fairly and in accordance with our published terms and conditions.

Id love to be able to order £1000 worth…
Id love to be able to order £1000 worth of stock for my small independent businesses but restrictions on the website mean I cant. I've placed an order but it isnt enough to allow me to buy the products i need which are locked. I dont want to order products that I dont need or sell just to be able to buy products that I do sell
Its a catch 22. Whilst im spending £600 a week on a regular basis, eleshwere I'd love to be able to do it here. Sadly after calling and speaking to a representative Im still unable to spend my money with this Wholesaler. Seems a shame and is quite disappointing for smaller businesses.

Some of our higher-demand and pre-order ranges are restricted based on account trading history and previous purchasing patterns. This is mainly to help us manage limited stock fairly during busy releases and make sure existing demand is properly supported first.
The restrictions are not intended to put newer accounts off, and many customers gradually gain access to more ranges as their order history builds over time.
