Well paced and informative

It's the facilitaor that makes the difference
I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Ben Gordon Smith, the trainer was able to keep the participants engaged even after lunch The content was clearly explained and very good feedback was given during the praticals. The pace was good and there was a good balance of theory and practical. Thank you.
