Love love love the products, after years of searching for the perfect hair care products, I can safely say I need look no further.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received my items - I think you should stop advertising next day delivery or stop using Royal Mail

Hair felt heavy using daily cleaning. Avoid.

It is very unfortunate that you do not wish to give a refund for using your ultra violet shampoo that has turned my hair purple.

1. I have looked at the instructions and it states to be used for blond and lightened hair which is what I have. It does not specify how to use it, other than, it’s also for neutralising brassy tones.

You have no instructions or specifications on the bottle.

2. I have a product that is of no use to me anymore and for this reason I should have refund or
a replacement item , especially paying £28 for it.

This company s customer aftercare is awful as long as they have your money they don’t care about your experience and from what I have seen in the comments I’m not the only one.

Liked the smell and the fact that it is vegan.
I did not like the effect it had on my hair.
My hair is fine and prone to dryness.
After using this product, my hair became much drier and it took a while to realise it was the resorts of using this product.

Beautiful products and excellent quality and customer service, will continue to purchase these wonderful hair delights.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
such a shame their customer service doesn’t match their products. Ordered conditioner last night, paid with Apple Pay which had my old address. When I realised my mistake I instantly emailed them to see if they could amend the address considering it has not been dispatched yet. They told me that they couldn’t do this and I would have to wait for a delivery attempt first before they change the address.
I then asked for the order to be cancelled considering if it gets delivered (to the wrong address) I will be at a loss of the product and the money. They refused.
Customer service is absolutely stinking, do not waste your time ordering from them!

Absolutely cannot praise these products enough. Although a little more expensive, as professional hair care products you do not need to use so much as if it were a non professional professional so really cost effective. I use the Harmony range and my hair feels soft, sleek and good condition..

Saw these hand wash and lotion at the Crowood Spa but did not buy them. Went to Nral and Wolfe website and bought them there. Delivery was fast and secure. Use them every day and have them in kitchen. Does not leave greasy film on my hands after using lotion.

Excellent value and speedy service. Very good products.

I absolutely love your products. A bit of background. My hairs naturally pitch black. Think of the colour black and then think ten shades darker and you have my natural hair colour. But I like blonde hair so for the last ten years I've been having it bleached. You can imagine what state my hair would be in if I didn't use the right products.
But your purple shampoo and conditioner along with the heat spray and hair serum are literally a defibrillator for my hair. In the bath when my hair gets wet it is inches from being unalived and then I use the purple shampoo and conditioner and my hair lives to see another wash day.
I like how the purple shampoo doesn't stain my hands and my white bath tub. The fragrance is intoxicating and I do nothing but sniff my newly washed hair.

Terrible experience with the delivery company, Parcelforce. Took almost a month to arrive and the first package was empty because the package was damaged on route. Can’t fault Neal and Wolf with their prompt response and help in getting the items. Great service and like the products received.

Great products - love their Miracle Spray, but please, why do you insist on using Parcelforce for delivery? Please at least give an option so the customer can choose which courier is best in their area. An order that was meant to arrive today is now at some random post office I can't get to.

UPDATE: Moved to 1* I've tried to rearrange delivery via N&W. I stayed in all day, it didn't turn up. Rearranged again and didn't get a confirmation they were going to deliver it one day (told allow 3-5 days), so I was out when they randomly turned up. Absolute shambles. They insist on using Parcelforce and nobody else. Great if PF are good in your area, not so great if they're not.

I bought the product from my hairdresser instead and have given up ever bothering with N&W delivery again.
