The amount of jewellery I have from this place is insane. Some of the jewellery i haven’t taken off in months and still no tarnish !! deffo best brand out there for the price !

I had the pleasure of buying products from this store as Christmas presents for family and a present or two for myself. Can’t recommend them enough. Great quality pieces, that are unique and some classic staples. Will definitely shop again!

I’ve ordered several bits from NOTL over the past few years and have never had an issue with them or their products! They always have great customer service 💖 I wear their stuff nearly every day, in the shower and exercising and none of them have even begun to tarnish! Will continue to buy from NOTL 🫶🏻

Bought myself an “88” necklace. Really unique and a staple that I wear regularly! Really happy with it and I have had for months!

Their jewellery is not gold plated. It dull with no shine. I have returned an item and they have received a week ago and emailed them several times, they don't answer nor refund me. I will be doing a chargeback this evening.

The necklace I ordered arrived and looks like the website. However, I didn’t feel it suited me so I contacted them to request a refund. It’s now been two weeks since my first contact with them asking to make the return and (after multiple emails and messages from me) I’ve still not had a response from them confirming how I can return the item. I will never buy from them again - company feels dodgy and very poor customer service

I’ve only ever had great service. The pieces are amazing and the quality superb.
I first got 2 pairs of earrings in May and I’ve worn them for 90% of the time. I’ve worn them when I’ve gone swimming and in the shower and unlike some other pieces they still look box fresh.
I’ve just received my 2nd order and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

The items come beautifully packed and look and feel more expensive than they are.
The customer service has been 2nd to none and I’m incredibly happy to have found Jo and her incredible brand.

Intially I had an issue with my order which was my fault as I purchased the wrong letter for my necklace, this was easily rectified and they sent me the correct letter without having to repurchase shipping which I thought was so unbelievably kind from a small business, when it was my mistake! Not only was I blown away by their kindness the jewellery is so beautiful too, I’ve paid 5 x more for worse quality jewellery. You’ve got a customer for life.

I'm a gold girly and hate wearing silver, I cannot afford solid gold (student here!) So I’ve tried loads of brands over the years that offer gold plated pieces and no other brands plating stands up the same as the plating they use at Neck on the Line, I swear these pieces are impossible to fade 😂 I wear mine in the shower, pool, sea, at the gym so I can confirm their claims to be tarnish free are real! Shipping is fast, customer service is great, there’s always some discount available which is great for students like me and it means I can keep my jewellery wardrobe growing and growing. Thanks not for all the fab pieces you release.

Communication is really poor. I got sent the wrong necklace, had a reply but not heard anything in a couple of weeks. Quality of jewellery is very poor for what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend

This brand has some of the best quality necklaces for such a good price. I literally look for jewelry brands all the time and it feels like the less expensive ones are always scams, and the ones with nice pieces are way too much money. NOTL is a perfect option. I've gotten two necklaces and an anklet from them and I wear them constantly- shower pool sleeping, I don't usually take them off and they still look new.

This is my go too jewellery brand for myself but also for gifts. Everything is amazing quality and lasts so well with my tarnishes!

Purchased a necklace in February the inital pendent has rusted and have requested a new one and was told i would receive a replacement after emailing and DM them and finally got a response once I commented under a picture and haven’t received a confirmation message to say its been sent and its been 2 weeks

Shockingly bad, spent £90 on necklaces, decided to return them as they just weren’t for me, paid for guarantee delivery back - a month later still waiting on refund after numerous emails and messages to them. Stay well clear of this company
