The courier company delivered (DHL) my…
My son placed an order from Nedgame with order number #31880520. However, the courier company (DHL) claimed that the mailboxes at my provided address were full and, as a result, delivered the package to a service point that is 37 minutes away by public transportation. Now I have to pay for the travel costs and spend around two hours to collect the package. There are other service points much closer to me, and they could have chosen one of them. I am really unhappy with this situation.
