No much help on the website via B&Q
No much help on the website via B&Q. Web chat was also useless, sent me back to the website.
B&Q store personnel know nothing about this service either , despite adverts all over the plumbing items. They have sent me to use a website too.
Need help to understand how long it will take from booking online to actual visit to me. Limited with a time to fix my tap. Straight forward job become a nightmare to organise.
p.s. Website opens in French. Why? We are in UK.

Kitchen tap replacement
Pawel arrived on time, and despite the existing fitting being an old one, was able to fit the replacement tap. After a slight leak was discovered, he was happy to return and complete the job. Should I require any future plumbing jobs to be done, I would certainly consider him.

They were really quick and professional although it did end up coming to more money than we’d originally agreed. They did an amazing job and were very polite but I was disappointed they didn’t take the rubbish with them

Professional fitter, awful customer service
Fitter was friendly and professional, he arrived over an hour late due to personal issues. He advised me the needhelp agency were notified he would be late. The needhelp people notified me nearly 2 hours later when the installation had been complete! The fittter gets 5 stars NOT needhelp.
