Unfortunately the tradesperson left a straightforward plumbing job on a sink with a leak and failed to attend on the dates they offered to fix it. Not necessarily the fault of the NeedHelp team, but the process to get it fixed involved further visits from different tradespeople before a final visit could be arranged to fix the issue. In the end I gave up and had to search online on how to repair the problem myself. It was straightforward and took me less than an hour. Having to wait weeks and weeks with a leaking sink wasn’t a good experience

Rubbish towards tradesmen. No way to contact them. Can't transfer my money and no one from needhelp.com is trying to help. They stopped answering my emails. Let the world know how how they treat people.

The system to set up the job order was straightforward. The job took 8 days to be accepted, but Pete came within 24 hrs of accepting and completed the job. 'Kitchen tap fitting' He was very efficient and gave me good advice on maintenance of it.

The plumber was quick, efficient, clean and tidy would recommend Craig for other projects

Needhelp added a 20% commission on top of my request. I had no idea. I nearly didn’t select the tradesman I eventually selected because I thought it was a very high quote. But the tradesman was excellent and the invoice showed me the website robbed me and the bidder of a very high cut. Last time I will ever use the service.

The part time plumber came round. Made no effort to fit the tap and just complained that my sink was in the way and that it would have to be removed to fit the tap.
I’ve since had another plumber round who fitted the tap and replaced pipe work under my sink in less than an hour for roughly the same price.

We made an appointment with the technician for 8h30. He arrived 20 minutes early and instead of ringing on the interphone he telephoned. We didn't hear it. He then left at 8h20. We rang at 8h39 to see why he hadn't arrived and he told us what he had done and he refused to come back, claiming he had a work program to be respected. As we were part of that program, his comment was rubbish.

Contractor that accepted the job is hard to contact. You can’t call and message directly. Responded once with no help at all. “No
Show” in the end.

So I reported the incident, unfortunately it didn’t reach the customer service so i decided to cancel the job order as it feels hopeless. finally, contact someone local and booked.

I’m giving 4 star because I never thought the customer service will be very responsive if you email them directly instead of reporting the incident through the format. They would like to offer a new job order but unfortunately I already booked someone local.

They refunded the payment but not in full and I understand they need to deduct a service fee. I’m happy enough that I got a refund at least. So thanks.

The service was excellent, Jaouad repaired the toilet efficiently and quickly, and the work was of good quality. I found his advice very helpful. I would strongly recommend and I would use his services again.

Plumber arrived promptly as arranged was very respectful of our property taking his shoes off on entering our home.He inspected and removed our old taps then replaced them with the new ones.Excellent job very happy will not hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

Paid for installation of a kitchen tap. Fitter broke the tap during installation. Tried to put in a claim, fitter said he would only come back if we bought a new tap.
He had admitted when he arrived that he was a kitchen fitter and not a plumber. He had only been asked to do it as no one else was available.
We didn't want him back to cause any more damage so bought another tap and got a proper plumber out to fit it.
Need Help refused to refund as "we hadn't got their permission first." Not sure if they expected us to have no kitchen tap while they went through their insurers.

Needhelp was very useful in finding a good electrician to install my ceiling lamps. Simple to post a job, quick response from professionals and easy to communicate via the portal. Liked the option to make full payment through the platform, release the amount after the job and the assurance to rectify for 7 days at no extra cost if job not done well. Ability to see past reviews of the professionals and sample of jobs done was helpful in choosing the right person. The quotes I received on Needhelp were 50% lower than the dedicated electrical shops. Very satisfied with the work done. Will definitely use Needhelp again if necessary.
