Do not order. I have had no success getting a hold of this company. Ordered 4 weeks ago and received 3 weeks ago with no receipt, list of items ordered, return address, phone number. This company makes it impossible to talk with customer service. My emails aren’t accepted. Filing a complaint with BBB.

I love the clothing. But! The lovely plaid shirt was advertised at $19.99
But I was charged $29.99
Also, I was given a code for 30% off but it wasn’t accepted
Anyway this can be corrected?

I Had To Go Backward A Few Times Because It Kept Deleting some Of The Products That I Wanted But It Could Have Been Partly My Fault Because I Wasn’t up To Date On Exactly How Your Program Worked

The tee shirt was very small for a size L. The company have gone out of their way to fix the problem, offering to send another shirt to replace this one.

The ordering process was very straightforward and I’m looking forward to delivery day! Hoping the quality of the items is of the same high standard

I tried and tried to order more than the 4 items I did manage to get, but every time I added an item it took something off which I had already ordered, so I stuck with the 4 Items I had got.

The pieces I ordered did not fit me well, therefore, I decided to return them. My purchase cost USD 65.00. I was offered USD 6.00 reimbursement or a 10% discount coupon and I could keep my items to give to someone else. In reading their return policy I did not see where this was indicated. Return policy not clear. Certainly not good customer service. Will not order from them EVER again.

Love the choices and it was easy to quickly add your choice to the cart and remove it if you changed your mind. Especially like the variety of items available, short sleeve, long sleeve, earrings - especially for fun holidays like Halloween.

This company is a scam. Clothes are not even close to pictures. Very cheaply and poorly made of terrible materials, not cotton and linen like their site claims. Sizes are bizarre. They claim to be made in the US but are from china. Takes forever to get to you and they want you to pay to send back to china. The clothes are so bad!

My Needream experience was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. For the following reasons:
1. They do not honor their return policy as stated on the official website. They would provide a return address for a FULL refund.
2. When, after many emails, they offered an option to return items to China. I would pay ALL return expense!!
3. The quality of material for all of my clothing items was very very poor. An example, I could see through the legging material!!
4. I suggest DO NOT order from Needream.
