Excellent service!
I always receive an excellent service from Dr.Pratheeba Thiru, during check ups and during a recent emergency appointment. I was also referred to Dr. Paras Malde for 2 crowns. He was very professional and explained the process and options clearly, and the treatment he provided was excellent. The crowns fitted perfectly.
I am very happy with their service!!

I had an old crown removed
I had an old crown removed, by Dr Pratheeba. It needed a thorough clean underneath and a new crown to be put back in its place. Dr Pratheeba was very professional and kind and thorough with her cleaning and fitting the temporary crown.
After it was fitted a few months later, I unfortunately developed an infection under the crown, which needed to be drained and required a course of antibiotics. Then I was given the choice of having a root canal then afterwards having my new crown fitted as the area of damage due to my very old crown was too close to nerves so I maybe prone to more infections.
I went for the root canal with the other female dentist, who was very good in explaining the whole procedure and making me feel comfortable throughout. In summary I am very happy with all that I had done at the dental surgery. It was worth every penny. Thank you for your great customer care. I highly recommend them. My husband has also always experienced great care and service at this dentist.
