The box was open and damaged. Not enough reeds supplies with diffuser. Otherwise, pleased with the product.

Hi Sally disappointed that the box arrived damaged with the post. All products are well wrapped and sent out in good condition. We include 8 reeds and a free reed diffuser. The reeds are eco friendly and are meant to be used again. We find 8 reeds are suffiecnt for use.
