The order was placed on Feb 2nd. Today is Feb 14. I’ve not received any form of shipping notification. Even after I emailed customer support twice, they still have no reply to my request for a shipping date. Quite disappointed

There was very little communication on delivery ,& the bottle is a bit on the expensive side. Other than that your products are very effective in dealing with my health issues. Since starting using the nose rinse I have had no infections for years. So don’t let the side down by a bad delivery system.

In the U.S.A. yet can't even speak English ! Geez...

I think their offices are in Santa Rosa, California. I called, spoke with two different people, and finding someone in the United States that speaks English, now days seems to be impossible. After the second person answered, I couldn't again understand, and just hung up. I've studied years of French, Latin, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Italian and more. Understanding these "people" in the U.S.A. that can't even speak English, give me a frigging break !!!

Ear wax removal aid - THAT WORKS!

During Covid-19 restrictions nobody was providing an ear syringing service and for two weeks my wife laboriously put drops in her ear to loosen blocking wax to no avail. We bought NeilMed's SuavEar earwax removal aid and it did the job first time. I have suffered from wax in the past but next time I will not be going to the medical practice - I will be using SuavEar.

NeilMed Ear Spin Safe

DO NOT BUY THE NEILMED EAR SPIN SAFE KIT. Absolutely terrible results, left my ears in pain and extracted zero ear wax. Don’t bother, pick yourself up some regular q-tips.

I can't believe NeilMed have done this!

I can't believe NeilMed have done this!

I've had a pulsating Sinugator for several years. I can't remember where I bought it, but it was probably from a seller on Ebay. The product is great for treating sinus problems associated with having a tooth abcess (the reason I first bought it), and early-season hayfever (which I have acquired as I got older). What I do is use boiled buffered water (using NeilMed's premixed sachets, which I buy on Ebay), then stir in a teaspoon of Manuka honey, and irrigate when it has cooled down.

Recently, I dropped the Sinugator, and the small shaft which connects the nozzle to the body snapped off. I contacted NeilMed on the off chance they could supply the part - it seemed a shame to have to bin the body, which was working fine, just because of the nozzle.

They asked me for my name and address. I fully expected and was prepared to have to pay for the part if it was available (their site points out they don't sell spares, but to contact them and ask). If it wasn't - and I honestly assumed that it wouldn't be - I would have readily just bought another.

It seems from the emails I've received today that they are just sending me a whole unit. They most definitely didn't have to do that, and the possibility that they might had not even crossed my mind.

Even just the spare part being sent would be service beyond what I expected. But this is way beyond.

Thanks, NeilMed.
