Nelson Mazda Comes Through
We purchased a used Subaru Impreza from Nelson Mazda in early March, 2026. We subsequently had some wheel balance problems the first time we took the car to our Subaru dealer and the Nelson pre-sale work records indicated the problem had been identified and fixed but our dealership was not in agreement. Nelson was not initially responsive to our request for remedy - the only reason this rating is 4 stars instead of 5 - but once we escalated the issue Nelson really stepped up to the plate, got the problem fixed, and even covered the follow-up Subaru dealer visit to assure things were in order. Car problems occur - that's life - and what matters is whether a dealership proves they will ultimately make it right or not. Nelson made it right and I would trust giving them my business again; it appears customer service is indeed their #1 priority.
