They broke my very expensive piano a year ago while it was the only furniture they were suppose to move.
And after 15 months of telling me that someone will come to fix it, not only no one came around
They dont even reply my emails anymore.
Extremly irresponsible.
My piano worthed 55000 and now it is broken.

We are genuinely sorry to read that you feel this way. That is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.
To clarify the situation: We have been in ongoing dialogue with you regarding the piano. The repair specialists we initially contacted unfortunately informed us that they were not able to carry out the required repair. Since then, we have made several attempts to identify alternative qualified piano repair technicians, but without success.
In our most recent communication, we agreed that you would reach out to a specialist of your own choice and return to us with a quotation for the repair, so we could move the case forward accordingly. As of today, we have not received any quotation or further information.
We are of course still willing to find a constructive solution and ask that you please send us the repair assessment and price estimate so we can proceed without further delay.
We take matters like this seriously and would very much like to resolve this properly.
