They are not proffesional !! I order 30january and still didnt recieved my order ?! I send about 10mail , whatsapp’s , dm’s .. and they just ignore me ! If i do that on my job i will be fired write away !! If i not get my order in the next 10days i want my money back ..

Placed an order at the end of December, received half of it 2 months later after ALOT of emails and complaints most of which were ignored. and promises from them for 20% off my order total(which I still have t recurved). I’ve Sent numerous emails requesting the 2 sports bras that were missing from my original order, sent these about over a month ago and they still just ignore it. To say I’m disappointed in an understatement! I’m annoyed and frustrated at their lack of common decency. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them purely for their customer service and not knowing if you’ll ever get the items you ordered. It’s now in to March and I haven’t heard anything from them since the beginning of February.

It’s a shame as I found the items they did send to be very good quality, and they fit me very well. If it wernt for the lack of communication and the fact I still haven’t received my order or a refund as I’ve requested then I’d have happily ordered from them again.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM!!! MY PARTNER SENT HER GOODS BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FIT RIGHT AND ARE REFUSING TO GIVE HER, HER MONEY BACK. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES TO THEM, THEY FINALLY REPLIED SAYING "THEY WILL REFUND HER IF WE TAKE OUR BAD REVIEW DOWN". WE THEN WENT ON TO EXPLAIN WE WILL CONSIDER TAKING IT DOWN IF WE GET OUR MONEY BACK, NOW GONE QUIET AGAIN. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.

These leggings are fab! These leggings are exactly what I look for in the gym as a personal trainer they are perfect. Squat proof. The material is amazing!

After they replied to my review I immediately sent an email to the suggested email address as well as the email address that you can find on their site. Guess what.. again no response whatsoever. This is just extremely unprofessional.
I’ve been waiting for 4 months now and to be honest I’m really running out of patience here. So, if you do decides to buy from them, buy with PayPal so you can open a dispute because that’s what I am about to do.

I've placed my order in November 2018. Order was delayed and I was given the opportunity to cancell my order.

I've waited to long on my order so I've decided to cancell the order which was cancelled on the 21th of January.

I have sent several e-mails in which I've asked when I will receive my money back. It has been over 4 months now and I still haven't heard anything from this company. I think it's just a huge spam.

I'm getting no reply to any of my e-mails and when I try to call the headoffice it goes to answering machine..

My advice, do not order anything at NEO Active Wear.

Products are amazing, as described and true to size.
However customer support can be a little slow to respond which can br frustrating.

Great products, fab customer service. Items were shipped really quickly, and are of great quality. One item was out of stock and was rectified and replacement sent within 2 days. No hesitations to recommend. Will be buying from Neo again :)

Worst customer service Iv ever experienced.. infact it’s none existent as they do not return emails or messages. Iv tried on many occasions and many ways to contact them. I have returned my product but haven’t received a replacement or a refund or anything from they despite trying to contact them many times! So unhappy I am now taking this to o trading standards!

I'm really excited about the quality of Neoactivewear products. I have ordered there a second time and everything went great. One of my ordered items was a pre-order item, so shipping took a little longer, but that's fine. Great prices and top quality. Super nice customer service if you have questions. I will definitely order there again soon, as I still want to have many of these beautiful leggings and sport bras. My normal size is S, and this suits me also with the sport bras and leggings of Neoactiocewear.

I live in germany and was afraid about the the shipping time or if it really will arrive because of some bad reviews from other costumers who live abroad. So I ordered my stuff with express shipping and it came at the next day. I‘m very exited about the qualitiy and the costumer service. When you’re not sure about the shipping time, order with express shipping. For the very good price of the stuff it will worth it. This won’t be my last order from Neo Activewear and I‘m happy to have ordered there even though those bad reviews. I can and will recommend it to my friends. Best sportswear shop I know - the designs are different and special, not the typical sportswear every girl is wearing in the studios.

I am really in love with my leggins. The color is beautiful, sparkles are even more amazing and they fit perfectly. Really good for working out or dancing which are the two activities that I do the most.

I ordered a pair of gym leggings and top for my girlfriend's Christmas in the 16th December, I've still not received the leggings and top not have I received my money back per my request!!! I have tried to call (answer machine) I have emailed 3/4 different neoactiveware email addresses but no reply and I have also went to their so called head office, which was just an abandoned office. This is simply not on. Do not trust this company, they will take your money and give you nothing in return.

Excellent service and good quality! Ordered the first time and it won't be the last time. The Neoactive leggings have a very good quality and the price worth it. After my order they text me and asked if everything was fine. Very satisfied with this good service!

Terrible company!!!! I have ordered leggings for €74. Never received anything and never received my money back. I have sent sooooo many emails and text messages and they have never answered. This is really a bad company. Never trust them!!!!

27-02 update: after this review they had contacted me by whatsapp and admit they were wrong. That was because of my payment by iDeal. They are not able to refund, if you paid by iDeal. So, I told them I’ll create Paypal, and after that I have never heard of them anymore!!! So, still no money.. still going on!!🤬👎🏼
