Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. They take your money but don't send the goods. Sent 100s of emails and whats app messages and never got a reply. They keep changing their company name to avoid bad reviews but as a company they will never change. They need shutting down completely.

DO NOT ORDER, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I eventually had an email back from them and I asked for a refund... This is the response;

''No problem we will do that for you now. Just a heads up it will take 2-3 working days to appear in your account from today. Unfortunately there is nothing we can really do to speed this up its just how the banking system works. I am also going to send a voucher to your email as an apology for the experience you have had.

Our management have asked if you could kindly remove your Trustpilot review. We are extremely understaffed and we're really trying our best to sort out customer orders as quickly s possible however there is is a huge back log at the moment.

Once confirmed I will get the refund processed right away!''

So far, no refund...I'm not being scammed and at the end of the day, it's not our fault this ''company'' is understaffed.... Completely unprofessional! I am a customer at the end of the day, do not tell me to take my review down and then you can process my refund! I'm entitled to leave what ever review I want and if you want a positive one, give me my money back! Unacceptable. Few more days, and I'll be on the phone to Trading Standards.

DO NOT ORDER from Neo Active

I have previously ordered from Neo so am quite surprised they’ve been taking people’s money and not responding to them. Their website is down, they’ve ignored all my emails, Instagram messages, Facebook messages and WhatsApp messages. Obviously the company has gone bust so don’t order from them. Like many others I’m out of pocket with no leggings.

Have emailed them several times because I received my delivery but 2 items are missing (LA leggings & bra)
Still NO reply to whether I'll get a refund or the items delivered eventually...

I too have been wating since May for a pair of leggings. They emailed back at first saying they were out of stock and short staffed but that they would be sent the following week I still haven't received. I have contacted them over 25 times by email and no response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY

Did not receive goods.

Ordered almost 3 months ago, but still did not receive any goods. Have send numerous emails but none of them were anwsered..

I ordered once before and the quality was amazing. But right now I'm very dissapointed in the Customer service.

Avoid NEO Activewear

They charged my card £27.00 and never delivered my order.
I have tried to contact them by phone & have emailed them 4 times with no response!!.

Following my Whatsapp message to the above number I received a reply from Lucy who promised to process my refund & email a £10 voucher for the terrible experience, I removed my original Trustpilot review the same evening in good faith as requested but have received no refund or gift voucher, this is no way to gain and maintain customer satisfaction - extremely disappointed.

Quality of leggings was good but…

Quality of leggings was good but unfortunately due to staffing issues took me 3 weeks to get my refund/order sorted. In the end good service but alot of worrying about it ever getting sorted was very disappointing

Terrible company, no response, no product, no refund

Terrible company. I ordered from them in like February or March and I still haven't gotten my order, I've emailed them ten+ times from two separate emails and no response. I can't get a refund and I don't have my items, so don't give these people your money. Their leggings aren't well made either, since I got some from them two years ago and the bitt had a hole in it (and I don't booty scoot anything) within a month.

**INCOMPLETE PACKAGE NO RESPONSE**

I can't believe I am here for the second time giving a bad review! I ordered my items back in March and it took a bad review for me to get a response back from NeoActive Wear. They told me to take my review off and they will send me my purchase items. So, I took it off because I did not want to deal with them anymore. My items reached me within 4 days; missing 1 item though. I emailed the lady directly and no response.... I emailed customer service and no response..... This company has absolutely bad customer service that's for sure! I would rather not buy because I don't want to deal with their "NO RESPONSE". I am disappointed because I absolutely love the quality of these leggings. It's just not worth for me waiting for months and a bad review to receive my things. I am still missing one items and I have heard a refund would also take months. So disappointed …..

This is an absolute joke

This is an absolute joke, I wish I read the reviews. Ordered ages ago, tried contacting them them on all channels and still no response, I don’t understand how business pursuing to get clients can’t behave like this. So so frustrated still no response, if this continues I will have to go through legal services to get what I paid for.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. Contacted them via all possible channels about my order many times but no one had the decency to answer once. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Wish I read all these reviews here first now.

I made a purchase from this company and…

I made a purchase from this company and have yet to recieve my product. I have tried three times to contact them and no one us getting in touch with me. Incredibly frustrating. Wish I had read everything on here first.

Absolute joke.

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW.......
They contacted me via WhatsApp stating they would deal with my complaint and I was next in their queue.
That was 22nd aug, it’s now 2nd Sep and still heard absolutely nothing since.
What a disgrace and thieves they are.
Do not waste your money of these cretins.

Absolute joke.
Ordered 2 leggings to almost £80, not received goods, never get an answer on phone or reply to numerous emails and messages.
Scam.
Fuming doesn’t come close.
DO NOT PURCHASE.
2 and a half months and I’ve heard and received absolutely nothing.
