Heed the warnings from 75% of the reviewers on this site and stay away from Neobits.com

I called to verify that they had the item in stock, which they said they did. After 4 weeks of "backordered", I called and the rep said it was supposed to ship within 48 hrs. Of course it never arrived so I submitted the refund paperwork. Apparently the accounting department hasn't bothered to process it for a week but the rep today said they should be processing it "shortly".

Understand that this company does not carry any stock, will tell you whatever you want to hear to submit the order, and won't care if it ever arrives to you. I am calling my C/C company and having them reverse the charges. Neobits are crooks.

2 SQ'D disconnect…

Went looking for a 2 SQ'D disconnect and NeoBits was the only place we found that had stock. We needed it next day air. And had to pay 2 1/2 times market value for it. We were charged for it on 7/19. Can't get a tracking number for it and we haven't received it as of 8/03.

They took 8 weeks to ship my item and…

They took 8 weeks to ship my item and then were very very very rude when I asked for return ship label and a refund. I did not need it anymore...after 8 weeks. Sometimes if you are in business long enough, you start to hate your customers. Often this come from the top down. This company is a case study in a business' culture rotting from the inside out. I predict neobits will be out of business or a shadow of its current terrible self within 5-10 years.

I would give this company ZERO stars if…

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a product on 2/11/2021 and it is now 3/16/2021 and the product has not been received, apparently lost by FedEx. I've requested cancellation and a refund 3 times and I have only received an excuse and the promise of a call back. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Neobits expects you to pay for anything they ship you without the possibility for return, even if they sent you a rock in error, if you open their box

Ordered a special breaker urgently needed. I was immediately charged prior to shipment. Was emailed saying order was accepted and part shipping info. would be emailed out soon. Over 2 weeks later still no update so I emailed asking for status. Received a return email changing the terms after order acceptance. The new terms were that there was no return possible if the package was opened. I said fine so long as the part received was in fact the correct part ordered and per specifications. They refused to accept any responsibility for part shipment accuracy and rejected my new term clarification. They did refund my money but delayed me from getting the needed part for over 2 weeks. What customer in their right mind would accept anything they shipped them, even if it was the wrong part, if I opened their box! They could stick a rock in the box and I would have to pay for a breaker! This company is not a viable industrial supplier who is customer focused. Avoid at all cost.

Shipping issue

I ordered an item in August 2020, supposedly in stock, it finally shipped in December 2020. It was returned to sender as undelivered. There was no contact from the seller indicating there was a problem, or attempt to resolve the problem, they simply refunded the purchase price less their shipping costs. It only amounted to a little over $18.00, but I feel like I have been ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Total scam site

Total scam site. Placed an order for 10 jugs of Roundup at $37.95 each. Set up an account and put in credit card information. I got an emailed order confirmation within minutes. Then around 10 hours later I get a second email saying my order was canceled due to a "pricing error" on their site. The price went from $37.95 each to $237.95 each which is about 4 times the price I normally pay. They're insane.

I never leave reviews, but these guys are awful

I have stared at the screen for about a minute thinking about how to describe the customer service I received. Absolutely awful. They took over a month to send me a couple chargers and another cord, sent me 2/3 of my order with no explanation as to why an item was missing, waited for me to call in order to refund me for the third item ("oh yeah, we don't have that item anymore") and now are saying they're going to charge a 20% restocking fee and charge me shipping for the items that took a month to get to my house! Just wow. I never leave reviews, but I would highly advise not shopping here.

This website is an absolute fraud

This website is an absolute fraud. They're selling an item that normally costs $ 7.00, for $1092.61. That's not a typo. The part is Panduit GPCW6-2-12-Q. It's an inexpensive common electrical ground clamp made out of cheap bronze. Neobits must be selling the one made out of pure gold. Stay clear of these crooks.

Bait and switch!!!

The only reason I ordered from this place despite knowing about all the 1 star feedbacks was, it was the only online retailer I could find that sold this specific computer case in the color silver. Every other online retailer only sold it in black. So I placed an order and 4 days later it ships. I wait the 1 week for delivery and when I received the package and opened it, it was the BLACK ONE. The one I purchased clearly states Silver color as well as the picture reflecting the silver one. The item #'s for both are also different and I checked to see I ordered the correct item # for Silver.

I contact them online and they direct me to an RMA form. This RMA form is the most ridiculous form I've ever seen for any kind of return. At the bottom it asks you if you opened the item and what condition it's in and then asks you to Initial it and "AGREE" to their return policy of restocking fees. Initial and agree? Are you serious? I've never seen such a ridiculous thing before. And a 20% restocking fee if you've opened the item too.

This place is as every other reviewer has said. Shady bait and switch. I wonder how this place is still in business.

Watch out!

Watch out!! there is a hefty restocking fee, even when they sent the wrong product. Do not trust the photo of the product when ordering online, It may look like the product you want, but they send the wrong product. then several hoops to jump through and delays getting back to you, until you have to call and press for RMA instructions. Reached out several times to different departments, either no answer, or voicemail only. Complete rip off. Charges $16 shipping for a 3 oz. bubble mailer envelope.

Bait, switch - zero integrity

Bait, switch - zero integrity: On 04/22 I received a quote from Neobits. A straight up business "quote"!! It was quote #NQ65355, for a unit price of $261.31 for a TP-Link router. The "quote" remained valid until 05/22. On 04/30, I proceeded to purchase the item but instead received a new quote (same quote number) with a higher unit price - now at $306.86!!! That represents an increase of over 17% in one week. And that was before May even rolled around!!! The Neobits, representative, who's name was on the quote; would not stand by "his" word, his original quote. A quote that I had in my hand and that in fact was "good" until May 22nd. If the company cannot stand by its own written word, but instead jerks you around to squeeze out more money - then what can you say about that company.

Stay away, their word means nothing, their integrity is worthless.

I wish I would have checked TrustPilot before purchasing...

I purchased an Epson Photo XP-15000 printer at Neobits. The site gave the impression that them item would ship within a day.
A few days later, I checked the status of the order and the printer was out of stock. I e-mailed customer service but no one replied. I called the following week and was told that the printer was in stock and that they will call the warehouse to check shipping date. After a brief hold, the customer service rep. said she could not reach the warehouse but would check back and e-mail me that same day.
The following week (no news) I called again and the same script played out. I ended up cancelling the order; the cancellation request was acknowledged but not confirmed and i am still waiting for a refund, yet another week later. Today I disputed the charge with my bank and they'll take care of it.
I wish I would have look Neobits up here in TrustPilot before purchasing anything. Oh well...

The worst company

The worst company. Ordered an item for a medical procedure. Received an email about shipment and never got the item. When called was told, that the order is canceled since they needed our med license. Never contacted us to request anything, just canceled the order. Customer service is rude, do not care about customers at all. Shouldn't be on the market with the way they treat people. HORRIBLE!!!!
