Travelled down from Kent and worth the journey. Met with Adam very early on a Sunday morning, son was able to compare bat options and make an informed decision. Really informative and patient, purchased new bat for new season, chose stickers, and also left current bat to be refurbished and posted home. Great customer service and would recommend to others. Many thanks.

Recommend visiting Neon in person
Didn’t know what to expect but meeting Adam directly to discuss bats was much more than we anticipated and definitely worth the trip over.

The service
The service, attention to the needs of the individual and experience with Adam was exactly what we wanted for our son. Adam communicated throughout, was very knowledgeable and helped Oscar in the day to choose the right bat and eqpt for him. An all round great experience with fantastic quality products!

5 stars all the way, an easy experience from start to finish. The team at Neon - especially Adam, were very accommidating and know their stuff, they went above and beyond to help my son. There is a very good selection of kit to purchase and I loved the fact they went in to detail, explaining everything before we made a purchase. We will be purchasing from Neon again and look forward to it too.
