Misleading commercial practices
When buying a car they advertise they would give you a full refund withing 15 days if you're not satisfied for whatever reason. They do not do that. In their TOS they have a statement so they can refuse any return with no explanations given. Instead they offer to fix if anything's wrong. This however ends up being comprised of imaginary fixes of parts that aren't broken, so they can state that they fixed things and used up their warranty on things that weren't broken and therefore things that they didn't fix. You cannot prove they didn't fix it because you're not an expert, and even if you could they're not worried there would be any legal consequences.
