LOCAL COMPANY WITH EASY HIRING PROCESS, COMPETETIVE PRICING AND FRIENDLY.
Regularly use Neo for the local business. Very trustworthy and smooth process every time. Vans are super clean and in great condition.
Struggle to understand how others could have a bad experience with Neo Van Hire. Looks as if it is some sort of setup which is sad to see.

It is my go to company for bam hire in north London
Special thank you to Tony & Kiri
I hired a van with my brother for a removal job. It was dirty and disgusting. There's no way I was putting my clean belongings in one of there vans! We went with Enterprise in the end – a little more money - but way better service. Avoid these jokers!
Rude people, dirty vans, complicated and ambiguous fuel policy. Be very careful with them - check for damage and photograph it or they will charge you for existing damage.
For over 10 years I have used a local van hire business regularly without a hitch. Sadly they are closing down. So I looked around for an alternative locally. And as luck would have it I discovered one just 300 yards around the corner from where I live - closer than the previous van hire business. They seemed terribly helpful and the price was about what I had been paying already. So far so good! I then went to collect the van last Friday morning and drove it home 300 yards...only to spot a graze on the side of the van. I hadn't spotted earlier because the van was pretty dirty - inside and out. (Which the owner did apologise for.) But I saw it as soon I got out of the van at home and folded the wing mirrors in. I immediately took a photograph of the damage, so I would have evidence it had happened before I used the van to go to Somerset. I took it back this morning, only to be accused of damaging the van - which I didn't. I tried to show the owner my picture, time stamped at about 9.30 on last Friday morning - about 10-15 minutes after I had collected it. I'd only driven 300 yards very slowly. The owner shouted, screamed, swore and said he was going to take my £500 deposit...but frankly that simply isn't fair and I 100% didn't damage the van. I wouldn't mind quite so much if he'd been professional about it and had been willing to look at the picture I was trying to show him. I started to wonder as I walked home was I being 'had over' here? Had it been damaged on the very busy road they park their vans on and was I being taken as some sort of patsy? In my opinion I would avoid Neo Van & Truck Hire with a passion. I couldn't be more heart broken - as I hoped I'd found a business I could work with for another decade!? :( Avoid!
