Very flexible with our delivery dates…
Very flexible with our delivery dates as we had to change it a number of times and the delivery drivers were excellent.
There is a slight damage, but Neptune took care of us and made the overall experience excellent

Cautious in placing order in store due to previous disappointing experience. However, the assistant who placed my order and provided reassurance regarding follow up was very helpful and professional. I placed my order on Monday and the item was delivered the following Friday. The team who made the delivery were excellent and I just could not fault how respectful they were.
