Order didn’t arrive in time that was supposed to, as evidently got ‘lost’ by courier !!! House number and half street was not on paperwork (was on mine ) . Been told another has been ordered but have not received yet !! WATCH THIS SPACE

I use both the Chichester and Guildford stores and the level of service from both is impeccable. The quality of the products is top notch and I am very happy with everything I’ve purchased. The staff give great advice and really go the extra mile.

My latest item is the Overton rectangular wall art. It was delivered via white glove delivery and the guy brought it in, unpacked it and made sure I was happy with the packaging and the item before he left. The customer interaction and communication is fantastic.

Always experience fantastic customer service whenever we visit. Neptune know how to maximise the customer experience in their stores with excellent products and attentive staff.

Emmaleigh at Neptune Guildford store was so helpful, she went above and beyond to source some Christmas decorations for me, packaged them and sent them out. My tree looks amazing and I’m thrilled! If there was an 11/10 score Guildford store get it, couldn’t recommend highly enough - thank you Emmaleigh

Chawton sideboard in ink looks great. Beautifully made to a high quality and it came with four pots of paint for touch ups! Delivery guys were great, they assembled the units efficiently and were very tidy and respectful. We are delighted with our purchase.

Neptune fitted a new kitchen for us and we had a first rate experience! From the first in-store visit our designer Katy continually went the extra mile in listening to our specific requirements and building them into an exceptional design portfolio, using her experience to create a kitchen that was way beyond our expectations. Ian, our installation manager was a delight to work with, highly organised and always available to answer a question or to provide a solution to the inevitable installation issues that cropped up. The installers themselves, Ian and Stuart were highly skilled, very tidy and did a terrific job in providing a high-spec finish. Tom, the decorator made the finishing touches to take the cabinet exteriors to a whole new level. Throughout the whole process there was Jo, our store liaison contact, keeping all the moving parts of the operation well oiled making sure deliveries and any spec changes were smoothly incorporated. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and we are SO pleased we decided to use Neptune.

Everyone involved was kind, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. This began with Misha the Designer and continued with Jo with Store Liaison. The Project Manager, Ian, was brilliant along with the Installers, Ian and Stuart, and finally Tom the Decorator.

The people involved made a task, which I thought would be daunting after purchasing my first home much easier and relaxed.

I love my new kitchen. Everything about it is just what I imagined and much more. I highly recommend Neptune.

Excellent customer service

I recently visited the store for a food demonstration by the wonderful Becky. This is my second time of attending a food demo. I was disappointed that this year we weren’t given a glass of Prosecco and only offered water to go with our meal. It was a really nice touch last year and certainly got everyone chatting whereas I think this year people were more reserved. The food as always was delicious and I shall definitely be giving it a go at home, another little comment, my recipe card was photo copied whereas my friend had a proper printed card. As we had booked months in advance Neptune should really know the numbers needed.In saying that this is my favourite store, the staff are always super welcoming and very helpful.

A wonderful store with outstanding staff. I recently attended my second food demo and it’s such a pleasure. I highly recommend the wreath making events as well - I am booked in for my second Christmas wreath making afternoon and also attended the Easter one this year.
The layout of the store is outstanding and a joy to browse and make a purchase or two. I always come away knowing I will return soon.

Absolutely love visiting Neptune Chichester. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I've attended a couple of events held at this store and they were both excellent. I highly recommend a visit.

Very helpful and friendly staff, followed up with fast, well packaged delivery

Neptune phoned with a date their van was in the area - but we were away then so they arranged for UPS to deliver before our holiday which was in 5 days time. Nothing from UPS on day 3 so I phoned the Neptune store. I was told the UPS tracking number was incorrect and that I would be contacted when they knew more. Asked to speak to the Neptune delivery team and was told that wasn’t possible - strange as I found the number online! Day 4 came with still no information. I eventually got through to the delivery team who still couldn’t tell me when the order would arrive. 5 minutes after I put the phone down on them, UPS turned up: no warning at all. Neptune said that the order had arrived before my holiday so all was well - but they failed to address the multiple calls I had to make to try to ensure I was actually in for the delivery. Not a great experience and certainly not the premium service I would expect from Neptune.

We have just finished having our wonderful new Neptune kitchen installed and couldn’t be happier!

The whole process from beginning to end has been smooth and as stress free as possible.

The whole team at Neptune Chichester have been absolutely incredible.

The process started with a visit to the Chichester store where we instantly fell in love with the Suffolk kitchen. We wanted a quality kitchen built to last. We were greeted by Kinga who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable explaining the complete design process to us. From there we had several home visits where the talented designers Katy & Sophie reviewed our existing kitchen space and listened to what we wanted. Katy and the rest of the design team came up with a really clever layout working with our complex split levels and existing door access. Such attention to detail really has made a difference ,
making the space flow so much more than it did before and hiding the inevitable kitchen clutter out of sight.

Ian Williams the installation manager was really great, communicating with us throughout the entire process, and with lots of home visits to ensure everything happened on time and in the correct order. Thank you so much Ian.

Our kitchen installer, Ian Woodward, along with Stuart are so skilled! Their workmanship is absolutely superb. They had their challenges in our period house with such an uneven floor but boy did they deliver! Polite and friendly they were both fab. Thank you guys.

My thanks also go to Katy, Jo, Jenny and all of the rest of the team in Chichester for their patience ( dealing with my numerous emails and phone calls!) kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble- what a team!

The end result is a beautiful kitchen that will be enjoyed for years to come. It’s a joy to be in- thank you
