Very average customer service
I find the customer experience at Neptune Knutsford very strange for such an upmarket store. And I’m not alone in thinking it . I’d say generally it’s pretty unwelcoming. It’s rare for anyone to say hello or goodbye for that matter . Once I got reprimanded for taking some faux flowers out of a vase so I could play around with the arrangement , I actually ended up buying it but felt quite puzzled by it all. Last week I changed an item and got a nice friendly assistant and it was great then I had a browse and as I left I looked over today goodbye but as usual, even though they didn’t look busy, I was ignored. You wouldn’t get that in Oka or Susie Watson . Otherwise I love the store and buy lots of things all of which I’m very happy with .
Follow up .. I went in again last week with my daughter , four assistants were at the desk , all chatting, not one of them looked over to help . I was looking at candles which are right next to the desk , they continued chatting ., . all four of them. I looked towards the desk for a good 30 seconds and miraculously one of them noticed me and served me whilst the whole time the other three carried on their conversation. Am I invisible ? Love my candles though!

Love my new Neptune kitchen
Love my new Neptune kitchen. The whole process has been seamless and the quality of the fitting, especially the quartz is exceptional. Kayleigh our Installation Manager was super professional and always available at the end of the phone giving us a personal service.

We visited the Knutsford store in…
We visited the Knutsford store in November, quite a drive from home. The store is beautiful and staff were lovely. We bought a few things and were given a gorgeous Christmas bauble gift as well as a free candle (which smells amazing) for signing up to the online newsletter. Absolutely loved our visit and will definitely be back!

André and Peter were a pleasure
André and Peter were a pleasure. They were friendly and jovial and were attentive to every detail in their manner.
They messaged ahead of time and arrived early in the day which meant I could continue with my day.
They were careful in handling my footstool and I noted they used slippers to enter my apartment which I was very grateful for. I am very happy with my product and with the service. André and Peter had come a long way and had further tracks to take today. Thank you both.

Purchased a beautiful table and chairs and butchers block plus bar chair to go in my new kitchen. Grace was really helpful in store and also in arranging the delivery. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and delivered very much on time. Thank you

Classy table and bench
New table for new house. We needed something that would work for two people but extend easily for grandchildren etc. This does the job perfectly, with bench easily stored under extendable table. Delivered and assembled by Clint and Marcin. Two great guys for whom nothing was too much trouble.
