I have many pieces of furniture from Neptune and they are all very good quality. The staff in the shop, customer service and delivery men are always brilliant and extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommend buying from Neptune.

Natise was absolutely lovely and helped us buy exactly the right sofa, footstool and accessories. We’d had a very frustrating experience earlier in the day at Neptune Guildford (no sofa to try, aloof and unhelpful staff) but the staff at Neptune Tonbridge were knowledgable and helpful. Thank you and I can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered!

As a long-time customer, I’ve always loved their customer service. Whenever there’s a problem, they are always quick to help and do their best to look after their customers. It’s great to deal with a team that genuinely cares and is always willing to help be in online or in store. Highly recommended!

Sophie, Tom and James have been fantastic and so helpful and responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The two gentleman who did the final tweaks to the kitchen also then helped move some of the Neptune furniture for me, going above and beyond, which was so appreciated.

I have two of the same arm chair & 3 out of the 4 arms have torn fabric after only a few years. Both chairs are for occasional use & hardly get touched, but they have still damaged very quickly. The fabric seemed too thin for chairs but we were assured it would be fine. Neptune have not offered to do anything about it as they are over 2 years old. We are throughly disappointed, especially at this price point.

Exceptional customer service. While the store is known for its beautiful products, the team at Neptune Tonbridge deserves the five stars. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient, with enquiries and orders handled promptly and with clear communication. Highly recommended.

Andre and Peter delivered our furniture from Neptune a couple of weeks ago. They were professional, helpful and very careful assembling everything in our home making the process very stress free.

I want to write to thank the team for the way they handled my faulty Arundel dining room table. Our table was bought in 2021 and I have looked after it with great care, only using Neptune cleaning products. It still looked like new.

However, I noticed a split in one of the legs. I took a photo and showed it to the Tonbridge team who suggested I get in touch with customer service. The customer service team could not have been better. Within a week I have a new dining room table - and in time for Christmas! The delivery team were amazing too and took great care of my home.

We have some beautiful Neptune furniture, paint and accessories, which are of such good quality.

Had such a lovely visit today. It’s a great space with rooms laid out with lovely interiors.

Needed a new lampshade as the original had broken. Very helpful and found the item I wanted and very efficient fast delivery. Lovely store.

Kim and Sally are exemplar and have been every time I have visited the Tonbridge store… my ‘happy place’. I would give them six stars if I could. They are also patient and offer the epitome of an excellent customer service experience. Of, course the quality and athletics of the products are wonderful too. The table is exactly what we wanted but most importantly, Pete and Joe, the delivery men were excellent. Very patient when explaining the workings, very efficient and generally all round great.

Everything about Neptune is professional from the ordering of my kitchen table, Chairs and sideboard from Sally over the phone (Tonbridge Neptune Store) and the great delivery service team Lee and Craig. I love it all!

Amazing bed. Brilliant service

From the initial meeting at Tonbridge with Tom our designer all the way through was a great experience. We were kept completely updated and even when we had to push back the installation by a week they accommodated. We love our new Neptune Kitchen
