Neptune - York Reviews 

The two gentlemen who delivered the Neptune furniture were very efficient and informative. They installed the unit and took away the packaging. They explained the warranty and showed us how to adjust the door catches.

It was delivered by Lee and Craig.

We bought the stand alone Suffolk Larder cupboard to add to our existing kitchen. Very pleased with the larder - well built as expected.

Excellent customer care from Audra although still waiting for the arrival of the right sized knobs but Audra could not have been more helpful. Also a shout out to the delivery men, Alfi and Josh. They were very personable and did a great job of putting the larder together. I am still amazed how between the two of them they managed to bring the parts in as they were extremely heavy! Thank you all staff involved.

I contacted the York store where we had originally purchased some lovely pieces of furniture. We’d had problems with two items and Nicola was so helpful and efficient at resolving the issues. The items were both replaced with no hesitation and I felt like a valued customer instead of feeling disappointed and frustrated which I feel is so often the case these days - excellent customer service is such a rare thing sadly but thank you so much Nicola and Neptune for offering excellent customer service. It’s so refreshing and lovely to see!

Shane and Joe delivered some of our Neptune items this morning and they were two of the most professional, courteous gentlemen you could wish to meet. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clearly explained, assembled with care and then taken inside and placed exactly where it needed to be. Their level of service was exceptional; they are a credit to the company. Well done!!

I went to York Neptune this morning (Tuesday 16th June) we had a warm welcome from Suzanne who then went above and beyond to help us with queries on a piece of furniture we were interested in. We also had help from Suzanne’s colleague whose name I didn’t get but she had a blue striped blouse.
They were both charming & also advised on the best way to get to York.
