Poor service!!
ordered a Call Of Duty Freedom Star hoodie. They were showing 3 large in stock. Item never arrived and after 4 days chased it up only to find they didn't have any stock. offered to replace with an older style MW hoodie. Was told "we may be showing them in stock but we don't have any" Only removed the listing after I pointed out they were still advertising as having stock on ebay.

We explained we were out of stock and we tried calling you 3 times and left a voicemail. We offered you a replacement in the form of a different style hoody or your money back. You choose you money back which was fine but not really much need for the bad review.
The reason why we were showing stock was a system error as we have our ebay store linked to our website and warehouse and all 3 are meant to sync together to show the correct stock, however there was an issue with the system and it was showing stock when we did not have it. Its an issue with im pleased to say is fixed.
Again you received all of you money back and we did try to contact you to rectify this issue.

My order was canceled whitout explanation but I know it is because the coupon code payday25 was an error from nerd vault and nerd vault had change it by payday10 after my order.
