Price not genuine- prices can increase…

Price not genuine- prices can increase significantly within a very short period of time; even just a couple of months apart. It’s disappointing to see items marked up after being listed at a lower price earlier, whether full‑price or on sale.
My advice to other shoppers is to always take a screenshot of the item you’re considering, including the price, so you can compare it later. Seeing the sudden increases is frustrating and really takes away from the shopping experience.
For a retailer of this level, this kind of pricing practice feels quite sad and unexpected.

Appalling service: 4 months of "analysis" for a defective YSL belt

I am writing this review because I am absolutely INDIGNANT at the lack of respect shown by Net-a-Porter.
In December, I purchased a YSL belt for €330. The issues began immediately with the delivery, which took nearly a month. Because of this excessive delay, I didn't receive the item in time for my trip and had to rely on someone else to collect it for me.
ON THE VERY FIRST DAY OF USE, the gold finish on the YSL logo fell off. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury product at this price point.
I filed a formal complaint in January, well within the return period. It is now almost April, and I have had zero resolution. The case is still "under analysis." Since January, I have sent countless emails, photos, and videos. They eventually asked me to ship the belt back for inspection, and they have been holding onto my item for what feels like an eternity.
What exactly is so difficult about "analyzing" a belt where the logo paint has clearly failed?
My goal was never a refund; I simply wanted a new, defect-free belt. I shouldn't have to chase a company for four months for a straightforward replacement. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Net-a-Porter. Even when you are clearly in the right, their dispute resolution is agonizingly slow and disrespectful to the customer.
I have been waiting for four months. I demand a solution—either a new belt or a full refund so I can purchase directly from YSL—within one week. If this is not resolved, I will have no alternative but to seek legal action.

Poor customer service

Hi I am total disbelief with this company. I purchased a very expensive coat 3 months ago, have hardly worn it. I noticed the stitching is beginning to fray around the edge of the collar. Contacted customer service dept. With picture. They have replied saying that I have caused the problem and sorry nothing they can do….i am so shocked that they they have not even offered to repair it…really poor service I would certainly never buy from them again and would suggest that you don’t when buying such expensive items. Net a porter I would have expected more fro you Pauline

Netaporter has changed and not for the better

I’ve shopped with Netaporter they have a good selection that suits me. The service with is second to none.
Recently however I have found the selection of clothing offered as completely weird! I am unsure therefore what sort of shopper they are trying to sell and attract! Certainly not me.
This is such a shame

I have no way of knowing where my…

I have no way of knowing where my package was delivered. You don’t send emails that show package was delivered at this address. I get a tracking number. DHL will not provide me where it was delivered or what time just the date so therefore I don’t know where my package is. I find this very fraudulent. You should have a fully transparent system in place in which it shows exactly where you can track your package and find it what address it was sent to for example because I redirected this to DHL pick up spot but that was never fully sent to me in an email that that was confirmed so I have no idea where my package is and frankly spending that much money. I feel ripped off and bad service.

Getting a package from NAP is like Xmas…

Getting a package from NAP is like Xmas morning. Everything is impeccable packaged. The quality is great. The items are exactly as described. The sizing can be tough for designers but that’s a given. My only suggestion would be speed up refunds.

Terrible customer service

Net-a-porter is an amazing site for high designer items. Has a terrible terrible customer service culture. I returned 6 pairs of shoes and 2 were claimed not to have been received. The company shuffled me around for months without giving me an answer, constantly telling me someone would get back to me. Then just didn’t refund the items. They did not offer to compensate me in any way even though I have been a customer for years. They do not care about the customer at all.

I recently ordered a pair of trainers…

I recently ordered a pair of trainers and I’m really impressed with the overall experience. The delivery was very fast, arriving earlier than expected, and the package was well protected to make sure the trainers stayed in perfect condition. The shoes themselves look great and feel comfortable. Everything from the ordering process to the delivery was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend this seller for their quick shipping and careful packaging.

6 weeks waiting for refund - Unacceptable customer service

I've been waiting 42 days (6 weeks) for a refund on a returned item, and Net-a-Porter still hasn't processed it.
Timeline:

January 18: Return requested
January 26: Item dropped off at UPS Access Point with official receipt
February 15: First follow-up - told the package hasn't moved
February 17: Told they're "working with UPS"
March 9: Still no refund, still the same copy-paste responses

I have an official UPS drop-off receipt proving I returned the item properly on January 26. The issue is that UPS (their chosen carrier) never collected the package from their own Access Point.
Instead of processing the refund based on my proof of drop-off, Net-a-Porter keeps sending generic "we're working on it" emails every few weeks. Now after 6 weeks, they want to schedule a phone call to "discuss" - more delays.
I fulfilled all my obligations as a customer. If their logistics partner failed to collect the package, that's their problem, not mine. After 6 weeks with proof of return, this is completely unacceptable.
I'm now forced to open a payment dispute. Avoid purchasing from Net-a-Porter if you value your money and time.

Wish I had known

I order many things from this company but this week they decided to charge me £15 for postage instead of £7 which is high to start with,rang customer service and I was told it was for express delivery for which I most definitely didn’t ask for ,livid
