Would not hesitate to recommend Nethaus. I have an unusual lighting set-up, which finally failed after around 20 years service - despite being technical it was beyond me to resolve. James recommended an alternative solution, but as it was Xmas (and there was not enough time for a complete fix) he visited my house during his holidays to diagnose the fault and provide a temporary fix which gave me lighting over the festive period.

Good service, no hard sell and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

An outstanding experience! We called James and Nethaus in desperation around our wifi problems at home.
Both myself and my wife both work from home like many nowadays and really completely on our Internet to do our work and serve our customers.
We had suffered for weeks with losing our wifi and the service and attitude we were receiving from our Internet provider was awful and unhelpful! We found Nethaus who were an hour away from where we live!

James responded immediately and within days had visited our home and understood the problem. He advised on a short term solution, and recommended a long term solution. He stayed in touch personally daily to ensure we were ok and then within a couple of weeks he and his team came and installed a permeant solution, which has been perfect since.

We shouldn't have needed James and Netahus as our IP should have resolved the problem, but we are so grateful they responded and have helped!

We now have a wonderful new contact who we will just for future business and would highly recommend

Having a problem with lack of lights with our sophisticated system I contacted Nethaus Ltd. on the phone. James was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the system and how to overcome the problem temporarily as I also had another electrical problem. When this wasn’t going to be resolved till January, James made the effort a couple of days before Christmas to get things working prior to a new part coming early January and completing the necessary work.
All the way through James has answered any e mails, queries, phone calls etc efficiently, promptly and always went that extra length to help. Having lights over the festive period was such an unexpected bonus only due to him putting himself out for us. I cannot fault his work, he is very polite, does his utmost for his customers, always contactable, highly knowledgeable and it shows that he enjoys his work. Cannot recommend highly enough.
