I can honestly say NetHosted have the best support I have ever experienced with a hosting provider. They are very quick at getting back to their support tickets, literally within a few minutes and go above and beyond to resolve any issues you have.

Would 100% recommend them to anyone and I have experienced many hosting providers in the past.

I honestly can say this is my first review and as such 5 stars doesn’t quite do the support justice. I send a support question and within minutes the knowledgable staff reply with help.

The speed and uptime of the sites is good and I would have no issues promoting Nethosted as a British hosting company to do business with.

NetHosted are so good that they were able to solve a complex mail issue I had with another provider of mine. Something my other provider wanted to charge hundreds of pounds for, for their mistake.

After serious problem from my old hosting company that were taken over by another company i moved to Nethosted. I've found their support team to be extremely quick and helpful, often fixing a site for me in under 10 minutes. Also my sites are very fast, after moving clients sites over they always seem to speed up.

In the few years I've been with Net Hosted I've never been disappointed. I've plagued the support desk with stupid questions and petty concerns (generally related to my coding abilities and mistakes) at all times of day and night and have always had my issues resolved promptly and professionally.

I would recommend them to anyone. You can get your site hosted for peanuts elsewhere, but Net Hosted go the extra mile in terms of support, advice and up-time.

I have a workable amount of knowledge that has allowed me to design and maintain my own website. I sought assistance though from a professional web designer, for some of the more technical aspects I could not manage, and he set me up with NetHosted.

Every query I have had, has been answered and resolved within a few hours. In the latest I managed to crash my website through making a change beyond my technical capability. I wrote to my web designer in panic and he said "go to nethosted they will help you!".

I didn't quite believe it, but within 1 hour of sending my support request, a technician had researched and managed to resolve the issue sending a friendly and informative reply.

For this responsiveness alone I would recommend them, as well as reliable hosting and control panel that hasn't taken me too long to learn how to navigate as its intuitive and easy to use.

I have been with Nethosted for a few years now after moving from one of these company's that offer you the world but don't deliver. From the start Nethosted were fantastic helping me to transfer over 40 websites. Since then their support has been second to none. Don't be concerned about support via email, the speed in which they reply and answer any queries or give you assistance is far quicker than any phone support you may get elsewhere. These guys are there 24/7 and I know this for a fact, they have helped me so much, even with problems that have been due to bugs in code and not in their remit. If you are looking for good reliable hosting or VPS and excellent support look no further.

Whenever, whatever the problem is: this support team is unbelievable! They answer quick and efficient! Work on the problem until its solved, support you with excellent guiding trough the settings! And after 100 questions: still super friendly and professional! Every time I lock in my account on nethosted I have just one thought: "I should have changed my provider long time ago!"

I was a new web developer and set up my first website four years ago. I had no idea how to choose a web hosting company. I did some search online and sent out a few enquiries. Nethosted responded to my enquiry very fast and answered my all questions in a easy-to-understand way for a newbie. It's simply because of that, I chose them. Now I don't only feel that I made a right choice, but also that I was very lucky, as since then, they have been always responding to my questions/problems within a few minutes, without an exception. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great service provider!

We have fairly basic needs for hosting our website and email. Nethosted have done this for ~5 years now without fault. On the odd occasion I have needed support my queries have been answered in a matter of a few minutes.

I've been using these guy's for around 6 years now for my various projects. Fast hosting, very reasonable prices but the main thing that stands out to me is the quality of their customer support.

A quick email with any problem I may have had I think the longest I've had to wait for a reply and always a coherent and helpful response was around 15 minutes, it's usually quicker than that too!

I honestly cannot give them enough credit and I will continue to give them my business.

My websites have been hosted by NetHosted since 2009. The servers are always reliable, and on the odd occasion when I've needed support it has been virtually instant and 100% successful. You definitely won't get a better hosting company - and at very reasonable prices.

We have worked with Nethosted for some 2 years and I can safely say they are a superb company who exceed expectation every time. Not having a phone number I thought would be a problem, but not at all, they respond rapidly at what-ever time of the day, irrespective of weekends and stop nothing short of perfection.

They make suggestions, point you in the right direction and if you are thinking of hosting your website then stop, sign up and get a rich customer experience. The only thing they don't do is design and build your website for you, but then again I have never asked them to, so they might!!!

I've set up a new website for my business using WordPress, it was very easy to do and the installer was great. Very happy!

Very pleased with the hosting here, the staff are great always quick to reply when I've contacted them and excellent features especially the spam filters, amazing how much less I get compared to my old host.
