My experience with Netpro is super pleasant! The team is very efficient, I received my price quote the next day, received my 1st sample few days later. I made so many adjustments to my patch, but they made the requested change until I was happy and satisfied. The staff was very professional as well. When I received my order, I couldn’t be happier!

Great quality! Great Service!

I received my patch today. It was a rocky process but the result is beautiful. I was very nervous that they asked for payment I got my first sample but they had good reviews so I went for it. It is exactly what I wanted and as soon as I took it out I had 3 of my coworkers commenting on how beautiful and high quality it is. The down side is because they are in China you can really only get 1 email back and forth a day which can really drag out the customization process. I was frustrated at a couple points with the language barrier but in the end I am so happy with the product. I would highly recommend them as long as you have a month or more to customize your product. They do free fedex shipping so once they ship it gets to you within 2 days. Overall a long but a very good experience.

The work they do is absolutely amazing. They were able to get my final design drafted up quickly and had them done and shipped to me in a week. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

A fantastic experience with Netpro patches - they designed my detailed image from scratch, made it and sent it to me very quickly for a good price! Really good communication throughout, especially when I wanted to change the design a little. Highly recommended from me!

I absolutely love the patches I received in the mail today; it exceeded my expectations. Have just received my 60 patches from Netpro. Very happy with the service. Lots of emails re design and shipping etc. Be aware though that the $'s they quote are US$. From order to delivery took about 3 weeks (from China)

The experience was consistent and timely. Communication was concise and reliable. Product quality is excellent and delivery was quick. A great supplier to do business with.

The shipping wasn't too long, if needed for a certain due date I would order a view weeks in advance, or months depending on your order. The art work was incredible, they were precise and worked tirelessly to make sure that I got the custom work that I ordered. I would certain order again!

I'd like to thank the team that helpfully answered my e-mails throughout the process. The workmanship on the patches is excellent, and it was done in a timely manner. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because my patches are adhesive backed [which was my choice], and while that's ok, the adhesive isn't very strong. They don't stay securely on a shirt, jacket, or backpack. I think they will need to be sewn as well. I would have wished to have known that in advance, as this was my first experience ordering.

Most of the companies don't allow only one patch to be designed and the service type may be vary depending on the amount,however Netpro patches did an outstanding job via communicating with me until i am satisfied with my patch. Netpro not only designed the patch fast, the shipping happened in just less than 5 days.I ordered an custom embroidery patch and Netpro did an amazing job with the patch,such high and quality details for small area.The communication is on point and to the requirement and you can make changes as well.One quality i like in Netpro is no additional charges.The final charges includes patch charges and the shipping.I would recommend anyone if they want a high quality patch designed for a reasonable price and a fast responsible service.
