De verdad que ya no contraten NetUno, ya no les interesa sus clientes. Al principio funcionaron bien y luego te culpan de que se te cae el internet porque hay más personas conectadas o culpan a tu router. No resuelven los problemas, tienes que insistir, pero no te resuleven.
Pesimo servicio, la empresa arremete contra los que reclaman, acosa a los cliemtes enviando mensajes diarios de cobro desde antes del 30 de cada mes cuando el pago debe hacerse antes del 18. Abusar contra la gente enchufados.
Mal servicio al cliente. El aumento de clientes hace cada vez el servicio más lento, estando en una de sus oficinas de cada 5 personas al menos dos llegan con reclamos de hasta meses sin servicio. No la recomiendo.
