I genuinely wish I could rate this experience zero stars. My order for a large touchscreen TV was placed with the expectation of express shipping to meet a critical business deadline.
Shortly after placing the order, I was informed of a manufacturing issue that would delay the shipment by two weeks. As this timeline was unacceptable for my scheduled conference, I immediately requested a full refund.
A company representative, Tony Turun, confirmed the refund process had been initiated, assuring me that the funds would be returned within 10 business days. This conversation took place one month ago.
It has now been over 30 days, and I have not received the promised refund. Worse, the company has entered a state of complete radio silence. I have attempted contact through every available channel:

Multiple direct emails have received no reply.
This is not merely a shipping error; it is a fundamental failure of customer service and business ethics. I have paid for a product I never received and have been lied to regarding the refund timeline.
