Disappointed sold item not in stock
Disappointed, purchased an item and then enquired about it, only to be told its not in stock and that expected stock will be in August.
They didn’t seem that bothered when I asked about why sell items that are not in stock, initial response was that Network Webcams are a predominantly a business to business e-commerce store.
Perhaps that process works with business to business customers, however it’s unacceptable to non business users, don’t sell to non business customers - if its too much hassle!

The extended lead time on the unit is due to high demand and supply issues as a result of a worldwide component shortage that industry is experiencing right now. Sometimes this catches us out, as it has with your order. We will always provide the best possible lead time for any product if it is not currently in stock with us. On informing you of this lead time, we have appreciated that the time was unsuitable for you and refunded the order - sending you confirmation of this straight away.

Worth more than 5 stars
To be honest this is the first time I wish I could have giving a 6 star review,
The company was superb was brilliant to deal with, no pressure from Beth in sales just good advice. Then aftersales it was Joe's turn to shine.
I could not thank them enough, Ordered on the Wednesday delivered on the Thursday and streaming the same day.
Not to forget the helpful girl I am missing a name for in accounts.
The company deserves to do well.
