Excellent service for a small CCTV component from Network Webcams but the down side is the length of time the supplier - Axis - takes to dispatch the item. Real snail pace and rather sad in my opinion

The products was delivered in 2 days on a very good condition and all its seals are intact. Also, I was always informed through email about the status of the order.
The other website I tried to order the same products, I got an issue and was cancelled. But with Network Webcams, no hassle.

Home security
I've bought cameras for my home security system from NWC's for over 10 years. At present I'm slowly replacing my old cameras for newer ones. I've bought all 6 from NWC's over that time. They offer friendly advice and the cameras always arrive next day. I've only experienced one problem. An exterior camera I ordered came with an incorrect bracket. I emailed them a photo of the bracket and camera. They told me to keep the incorrect bracket and the correct one was delivered next day.
