I ordered a set of tires from this company over a week ago, with a guaranteed delivery time of 3 to 5 days. However, the tires never arrived. It seems that the delivery company has lost them, and unfortunately, the seller refuses to take any responsibility. They offer no solution and show no willingness to help, simply blaming the courier.
This has been a very disappointing experience. As a customer, I expect a serious company to take responsibility for the products they sell, regardless of which courier they use. I do not recommend buying from this company until they improve their customer service and accountability.

1. It provides a very simple way to buy the tires online and the delivery is very fast.
2. Very reasonable price.
3. It is visible for the delivery process such as where and when tires delivered.

Some suggestions:
1. Whatsup support is not very active. It does not give the answer most time. Online support need to be improved.
2. Although the delivery is visible, it is not provide map and locations, only in text.

I've been waiting 3 weeks.
At first, I was told it was an issue with the shipment, second communication they told me that the tyre will arrive shortly, however, the expedition tracking number didn't exist... after three weeks, the said it was a problem with the delivery and they will refund my money once they got the tyre back

first of all i had an order to a garage and after 2 days i get a message from the garage that they don't work until the end of the month.
trying to contact customer support but they don't work in weekends.
monday emailed to see if i can cancel. but i'm told that i can cancel with a fee.
i told them at least i can speak with dpd and collect my tyres from their depot. but dpd link provided not working. still no answer. so if you are on the move don't recommend to use.

UPDATE: I'll wait in a random car park with no time provided/based on customer feedback, if i would have maybe a dpd tracking link maybe i could contact them and understand when it arrives ... if it arrives and if i can change address maybe i can collect or maybe not .. then i waited randomly for nothing .. unless i get a call from someone? it doesn't make much sense but i'm angry on their support .. last order here after ordering so many years

No customer service whatsoever in Spain.
Write them multiple times with no answer from their part…

Scam!! charge 4 tyres and deliver only 3. And after all proves send, continue to escape responsability after 3 months claiming.

Terrible ! Do not use them.

11-11-2024 ordered and paid.
10 days later, no one can be reached web page shows no upate and whatsapp no response + phone number keeps you in waiting queue forever. - these people are thieves!!!

I will contact the police.

Absolute horrible communication and handling. 4300€ Wheels ordered, took them 2 months to deliver with almost zero communication and extremely bad service. I was just about to open a police case because of fraud - but finally after two months the wheels got delivered. Never again.

I bought a couple of tyres on 06/09/2024 but, so far, I have not received them (today 23/09/2024). On the tracking they seem to be in a different location. Pneus-Online is not answering neither phone, nor email or whatsapp.

The second occasion I have used your company. Once again completely without any adverse issues. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. I ordered tyres and they were sitting in a DPD warehouse with no information. I submitted numerous customer service tickets and had no response. The telephone numbers didn't work. Dreadful company, do not use.
