I have been trading with Neural4X for a while, but my recent experience has left a bitter taste, compelling me to share my ordeal. For over a month now, I've been trying to withdraw my balance from my account (Account Number: 11199732), only to be met with barriers and excuses. The repeated reason for the rejection of my withdrawal requests is "Additional information/documents required." Despite complying with their request and sending several emails for clarification, my efforts have been met with silence. There's been absolutely no response, no guidance on what specific information or documents are still needed, if any.

This lack of communication and transparency is alarming and raises serious concerns about Neural4X's operations. I can't even withdraw my initial deposit, let alone the profits. It's disheartening to see my funds locked up without a valid reason, and the inability to get a straightforward answer from Neural4X is unacceptable.

I am left with no choice but to label these actions as fraudulent. This experience has eroded my trust in Neural4X, and I urge them to address this issue promptly. All I ask is for Neural4X to return my funds and to stop what appears to be a deliberate attempt to withhold my money without justification. Potential traders should be wary of this behavior, as it reflects poorly on Neural4X's reliability and customer service ethos.
