My son is delighted with our purchase, and I was delighted with the advice and the price.

Rung up Nevada on Saturday to say I wanted to buy the guitar but I'd found it £10 cheaper on another website, Nevada matched the price, so I ordered the guitar that day and it arrived on Monday. Super quick delivery and the guitar sounds amazing.

I have wanted a Fender Stratocaster for absolutely ages but could not afford it, when Nevada Music had their Christmas sale I just had to purchase it, the customer service was great and it was delivered extremely quickly, will definitely shop here again, cheers!

I always shop here for anything I need!!! They always seem to go the extra mile! I had one member of staff helping me test wether a guitar cab 4x10 would fit in my car in the rain!! In the end we decided to try and put the roof down to put it on the back seats!!! This is the best and most helpful music store around!

Why? Product knowlege is outstanding. Never pressure to buy, just honest advice from people who know music and he equipment.
Back up and customer service is similarly excellent. Even kit broken on a gig can usually be repaired.

Ordered an Audio Interface just after Christmas, used the 15% discount code to get it cheaper than anywhere else in the country, very nice result. Delivery was quicker than expected and interface is working very well.

Over the past few months I have purchased several guitars and effects pedals from Nevada. The one thing that has stood out is the complete lack of interest in the customers by the guys behind the counter. Happy to sit chatting and not even make eye contact with customers stood at the counter. On my last visit to buy a pedal, I deliberately stood at the part of the counter nearer the guitar showroom, just to see if either of the two guys stood chatting would come over, as I wasn't stood leaning on the counter for any other reason than to be served. It took the two guys 11 minutes to talk to me, after they had finished chatting, purely because someone else came up to the counter and rather than be greeted had to say 'Excuse me, is there any chance I could get some help'. At this point, one guy left to help and the other was leaving the counter when passing me said 'Are you after something?' To which I replied, 'Yes! Serving' This isn't isolated either, it's the only shop I know that you have to get the attention of the guys chatting in order to get served. I asked a few weeks earlier if I could try an amp, 30 minutes before closing and the guy kept looking at the clock, then me, then the clock, then me and said 'We close soon, how long will you be?' not the most professional group of staff!

I recently purchased a TC Helicon E1 from Nevada, and the delivery was lightning fast, and efficiently tracked. I have great confidence in dealing with Nevada again.
