I think those other reviews are fake. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam.
We ordered a coat from them on 17th October, and we’re still awaiting delivery! No contact number or address for company, and nothing on Companies House and no reply to our many messages and emails. Dodgy scammers who robbed us of £103.99. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS.
EDIT: I have received a full refund now from this company, so that is a a bonus. But it would have been nice to have received any kind of response from them as they never replied to ANY messages that were sent. Whoever actually owns and runs this company should take some courses in Customer Service and management, because they are definitely lacking in those essential attributes to run a good company. But yeah, at least I got my money back.
Edit after response from company….You ABSOLUTELY never spoke to me about this matter at all! I only deal with facts, and that most certainly is not one. I contacted you that many times with NO RESPONSE that I had to contact and report you to my card company, and it was only after this fact, that I got my money back. I have NEVER had any contact from you whatsoever until I thankfully got my money back. Very poor show. If you are a legit company, you need to up your game on Customer Service. It even took you 6 months to respond to this review! Point made.

Just to clarify we have many ways of reaching out to us.. we have a direct email link on our Instagram, a website contact form & our socials .
We actually spoke with you regarding this order & still have the emails which are time stamped which we are happy to forward to you. We do suggest checking junk mail as some correspondence can end up there.
We also fully refunded you & no dispute was ever opened with us so I think there may be some confusion.
If you could reach out to us via email so we can discuss this further with you that would be great as we don’t want any customer to walk away unhappy.

I was a little worried about my order however the team ay never basic were so quick in getting back to me and reassuring me with full details. I received my order within the designated time and couldn’t be happier. I would love to work alongside this company as I adore their products. Highly recommended!
