Excellent service, very high quality workmanship. This was a difficult and unusual part of a very old house with no straight walls, and Neville Johnson designed and built a stunning bookcase and wardrobe that we know will last for years.

We used Neville Johnson to design and install our media unit and office furniture. It all went extremely well from day one. Steve designed fully to our wishes and used his considerable expertise to enhance the product.
Ian carried out a thorough survey and further added to the exceptional design with the result that we had a most attractive and practical plan.
The installation maintained the incredibly high standards of professionalism with Billy and George demonstrating their knowledge and skills. We were kept fully informed as to progress and they ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. As a result we have a room which has been totally transformed and we regard as perfect. It was a pleasure to deal with each person who worked on this project.

This was the first time we had used Neville Johnson and it will not be the last. It has been so refreshing working with a company that puts customer service and quality high on their list of priorities. We have been very impressed with all aspects of the project, from design and surveying through to planning and installation. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for an organisation that actually cares about their customers and uses quality material in their products then you will not go wrong with Neville Johnson, we would recommend them highly.

I'm so happy with my new office. Simon was lovely and very professional from the first meeting. He listened to everything I wanted and his designs were perfect. It was fitted very quickly by a lovely guy called Neil, he made sure it looked exactly as it should and left no mess at all. Fantastic service, thank you!

There are cheaper options out there but believe me pay a little more for peace of mind and a most professional job.we are delighted with are staircase it looks outstanding and would recommend them to anyone,which we wouldn't do with other companies we've used before.

Just had a new stair case fitted. All has gone swimmingly very well.

Lee Boswell who did the actual installation was top draw. Fantastic workmanship- worked around unforeseen issues with ease. Tidied up each evening an made sure the installation was safe. Oh and a top fella. Thanks Lee.

The quality of NJ products is high, but so much depends on the fitter. Ours was superb - it is a pleasure these days to watch a real craftsman in action, and we are delighted with our new staircase.

Over the last two years Neville Johnson have installed our beautiful dressing room, several walk in closets, and more recently we have worked with them in designing bookcases for our living room. I cannot recommend our designer Simon highly enough: he has a real talent for carefully listening to our needs and then creating a design that surpasses our expectations.

I was also impressed with the post-sales process: the level of professionalism and courtesy from the surveyor, my after-sales point of contact, and from the installation teams was the best I have experienced since moving back to the UK from North America. Nothing was too much trouble, even when installation dates had to be rescheduled at the last minute to accommodate my son's A level exam schedule or when a door was immediately replaced because of a tiny scratch that was barely visible.

Customer service such as I experienced speaks volumes about the overall company ethos and is why I am happy to be a continued customer of Neville Johnson.
