Rudeness and unexperience
Bought a 10 year old dj controller, asked for return but i was out of the time Window. My bad. The problem starts with the rudeness of the customer service. They could have Simply Sayd yes or no, instead they Treated me like i'm stupid, or tryin to screw with them, when i had real problems that i didn't resolved at all and are deemed on the Age of the controller itself.
Helpless and extremely rude. They kinda left me with a 300 euro paperweight and said "ah ah your bad".
Basically.
Couldn't they took back my controller and avoid all this?
Yes they could. But It doesn't seems what they prefer to do, to have an Happy customer and no Money loss. Is Better to get 300 dirty euros and Say "ah ah your bad" to customers. Shame.
